    We were 3 couples, all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The servers were excellent, friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. Each couple ordered the Chateaubriand for 2, one medium rare, one medium, and one medium well, each came as ordered. So tender and juicy, we were very pleased. The veggies were excellent as well.

    We were pleased with everything but would have preferred to sit in a booth with more light. Hard to see the menu in the booth we were seated at. One lady offered to switch it for us but by that time we had ordered and opted to stay where we were. Receiving a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary was a nice surprise. The servers were all attentive ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you!

    A very nice restaurant in the Delta by Marriott hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. After we were seated, they started by asking if we had any food allergies or special dietary requirements. This proved to be helpful as they served us a " first bite", a mini appetizer as a complimentary starter. Since I did not order this, their inquiry about food allergies permitted them to modify my "first bite" to avoid any problems for me. This concern and proactive approach to guest safety is very much appreciated. All of our dishes, salads and entrees were very tasty and well presented. My wife ordered the beef fillet, this was finished tableside with excellent results. The only item to note about this restaurant is the parking. You are offered parking behind the hotel in a public lot. The parking lot and the walk to the parking was not the most pleasant experience. If you are staying at the hotel, or arrive by car service, this would not be a concern.

    We went for a Birthday Celebration. The ambience was great. Food was delicious. The staff was super friendly. However, it would have been better if there was something special offered by the restaurant during occasion such as birthdays, etc.

    Still enjoyed the experience but missed having the mix of long service team members with newer ones. No issue just adds value to have someone there with the 10+ years experience to add to the experience and assurance of value and consistency.

    Superb in every way. An old fashioned service oriented restaurant that is customer focused while providing excellent dining. 98% of what is on offer is meat, so vegetarians beware.

    It seems there’s been a steep decline in service since visiting the Windjammer in 2018. The Maître D that retired, his presence certainly brought an air of elegance to the experience - and his expertise in the restaurant industry allowed for impeccable service that seemed rather lacking this time around. The server was not overtly friendly, and seemed to lack proper acumen for communicating about menu items, and order taking. After a good chunk of time, we were directly asked what we would like to “eat for the evening” (implying a main course?) When we said we didn’t know - she went to walk away, instead of enquiring about appetizers. We then had to announce we were ready for appetizers. The flow of the service wasn’t quite there. As for the food quality, it seems the oyster Rockefeller recipe has changed, and not for the better. They were not baked to standard, and were over salted. The sides were rather bland, and the steak was not prepared as requested. The table side service was not what it used to be, and the dessert tastes were also subpar compared to previous quality.

    It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food, wine and service. They all exceeded our expectations. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. Highly recommend!

    This was our first time visiting the Windjammer, even though my wife and I are both Moncton residents. I absolutely loved how tucked away and cozy it felt. The service was incredibly attentive, and the meal itself was wonderful fine dining experience.

The associates went out of their way to ensure that we were most welcome and they wanted to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. They knew our prefrences as return guests. Made us feel special.

    Quiet- no thumpa thumpa Euro-pop gangsta rap. Full service. Striploin ordered medium rare came out medium. Mushrooms tasted as if sauted in an unhappy oil. Caesar salad was fine - prepared table side so I eschewed egg. Nicely decorated though it lacks windows, which we didn't miss. Needs a couple more choices for all courses. Wines were well chosen though the mark-up in Canada is astounding. Comfortable seating.

    This is a little gem in Moncton. Had never been there before, although we will be returning. Likely top 3 fine dining in Moncton. Great service, delicious food and nice atmosphere.

    My husband and I were so looking forward to a night out to celebrate his birthday. We could not have ended up more disappointed in the service and the food that was provided. We ordered chateaubriand which is a expensive cut of beef that we have had multiple times at home and in high end restaurants and each time it is service and cooked properly. This time was not that. The first time they brought it to the table it was over cooked to medium after ordering medium rare. It was grey 1” around and mildly pink in the center. Made me feel as if we were wrong for saying it didn’t look correct after they asked us. Then when we were waiting for the second to come out my wine was empty and my husbands drink was empty nor one time for the remaining two hours did the ask us if we would like another drink ( I quickly asked for another small glass when they brought our second but didn’t ask my husband). Then when they were cutting our second the server was clearly struggling to cut it as it was raw in the centre. He still served and asked if it looked ok we said it looked fine as they made us so uncomfortable the first time sending it back. They another server came and said “the other server said it looked off is it ok?” It was clearly not it was raw in the center. So they took they back. The chef came out and said nothing useful other than they will make us two filet individually so we reluctantly said ok. With no apology. The steak finally came out and they were cooked correctly so we ate those. The server came and asked “ are these to YOUR taste” implying the other were not cooked incorrectly but we didn’t know I properly cooked steak. We very much do and have had many at other restaurants. They offered us a dessert on the house as if that would fix their $160 mistake. We did not accept. When we got the bill they had done ZERO adjustments to the bill. When I expressed my displeasure with that the server said he would go check and came back 20 minutes later making us wait..

    Exceptional from greeting to thank you. The menu was incredible and we were not disappointed with the choice, delivery, and flavour of the Tasting Menu. The team care and attention from Caleb, Amandeep, and (my apologies as I did not get her name) was top tier. Thank you for three hours well spent with a delicious experience.
