We were there on a sunday evening, so it was not crowded, only 4 tables were occupied. Was not impressed by the hostess. It was a bit chilly and she was wearing a sweatshirt with just her arms through the sleeves. Not professional in our opinion. The food was very good; we had the calamari for an app and it was good but heavy handed on the salt. My scallops, were very good, but again heavy on the salt.

Very slow service, server was unattentive and cheese platter was very small and boring. The 3 wines we sampled were delightful and that was the only positive from this experience.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary here and they treated us like VIPS. Super nice staff, great food and even a special chef created dessert off menu for our celebration. One of the best restaurant service experiences we’ve ever had!

My wife and I always look forward to date night at the Wine Experience! We know we’ll have fine meal, with a fantastic selection of varietals, and the staff is warm, welcoming, and very friendly while being knowledge. Now we just need to make it to one of the wine pairing dinners!

While I understand that they had an entirely new kitchen staff as they all walked out last week. They had no bread and they offered it to us. The only appetizer we ordered (meat and cheese board)took 60 to arrive. Our entrees took another 60 minutes and we’re fair at best. We stopped at McDonald’s on the way home. $120.00 meal was not a good experience. I kind of expected the owner to offer a discount or something.

Been here several times and loved it but this time just wasn't good. Kitchen was extremely slow (30-45 mins between courses). Ran out of pasta. Ran out of pizza dough. This was a 6:30pm reservation so they shouldn't have run out of half the items on the menu. Just disappointing.

I was looking forward to trying this place and approaching the entry, I thought I was at back door. It appeared to look like a warehouse because of an array of open wine boxes, dirty windows and no presence at all of a restaurant entry. Very uninviting. The wait staff were a bunch of teenagers with no wine experience and no ambience to be found inside the dining room. I was expecting high top tables and chairs with people enjoying wine and charcuterie as you enter. A designated reception and some live plants (ambiance). There was no “experience”. Just fell very flat. Food was good, but in all areas, they need to step it up.

This was my first time at Wine Experience. I went with friends to celebrate a birthday. All five of us had a great time. The setting was beautiful. The food and wine were delicious! And the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Definitely plan on returning!

This was our first time at The Wine Experience—and it was a fine experience. The food was excellent and wine choices good and fair-priced. Each of the four of us had different dishes. Everyone was pleased with their choice (and the choices of others that we were able to sample). A little noisy due to high ceiling despite the noise baffles. Very open and light space but shades or canopies would be welcome to those facing the windows. We are new to the neighborhood. The Wine Experience may well become our neighborhood hangout.

I went for dinner and wine with my mom and a friend of ours. My mom is mobility restricted. Eldon (the owner) was there and made sure she was able to get to her table safely. He was such a gentleman. The food and drinks were amazing. Kelly, our server, was very knowledgeable and helpful while ordering drinks and dinner. Wonderful experience overall!

In spite of the $14 draft beer (price of the beer was not specified on the drink menu), we thought that the food was a good restaurant week value. The wait for the food seemed a little excessive (45 minutes) since we and one other couple were the only ones seated in the cafe. The entrees however were outstanding.
