   Very disappointed with the food at Wolf’s Ridge. Over-salted beet salad, cold pasta, incredibly small portions for exorbitant prices. I’m so sad because WR was a place we had loved. The atmosphere and service were stellar, but the food was nothing like it used to be in terms of portion & flavor. I would have filled up on bread and butter had it been offered. Very strange to have spent a fortune and gone home hungry. Maybe I’ll just stay on the tavern side next time.

   Every time we come here we are blown away. The quality of food is outstanding!!!! Happy to join for brunch this time around. I had the smoked salmon Benedict. I’m usually not a big fan of smoked salmon, but this was incredible. And the cocktails are worth every penny. Everything served here is obviously very carefully curated and executed.    We were looking forward to dining here as we’d heard good things and we were sadly very disappointed. The beer flights were good, however the food was not great at all, particularly for the price. My husband ask how fatty was the pork belly entree and based on the server’s answer decided to try it and it was not at all to his liking. I couldn’t find an entree I really liked so I ordered a salad and two starters. The mushroom starter was not at all what I expected and I didn’t care for it, and the veggie tartine was good but the bread it was on was so charred that it just tasted burnt and I couldn’t eat it. Another friend in our party ordered the quail and didn’t think it was very good. So, overall we did t enjoy our dinner and will not go back to the restaurant again.

   This was our 3rd time dining here. The first two times were amazing. This time was disappointing. We had the veggie tartine and the beets to start. Beets were good, the “tartine” was essentially a thick piece of bread with burrata topped with veggies. It had almost no flavor . Entrees were decent, but my husband ordered the quail, which was exactly that, one quail atop a smear of Labneh. Not even a small side was included. Salmon had good flavor , I enjoyed it,but the raw veggie slaw it came with was not good. My husband was still hungry after our meal, so We ended up going back to the taproom where they serve bar food. We shared a basket of truffle fries , which were very good. We will try Wolf’s Ridge again when the menu changes, hope for a better experience.

   They were super patient and amazing with us! We were late due to a dance competition and didn’t hesitate to wait on us with the same courtesy as everyone around us. Food and drinks were hot, and delicious. Nothing negative about this place.

   Food was very under seasoned. The hollandaise had way to much citrus in it. The “filet” was supposed to be medium. It was well done and seemed more of a prime rib type of style. My wife’s chicken sandwich didn’t have any salt on it. The oil seemed like it was really dirty and needed changed because it came out burnt. The meat seemed tender but no seasoning was the main issue. The prices were a little high but I completely get it if the quality is there, but it wasn’t. I’m usually not one to complain, I’ve been a professional chef in the area close to 8 years and have been cooking for almost 15. A place with this kind of reputation needs to hold up their end of the bargain and make good food. And not just a nice place to sit down.

    The food was very good, but a little pretentious. We understood that there was a new chef there and I think he was trying to make a statement with odd food combinations. The food was very good, but a little quirky. Portions were rather small and it would have been good to have bread with dish or two, but there was none on the menu. It is always best to keep it simple with fresh ingredients.

    Seared salmon was raw, and manager came over and questioned my statement. But they fixed and was better 2nd time. Noise level was extreme and tables were literally right next to each other.

    A lovely cozy place to get high scale brewpub food. Very elevated, lovely staff and nice restrooms. Don't skip dessert, that is the best course of them all!

    This is such a neat place! My friend and I stopped for dinner and drinks before our concert and we were so happy with how everything turned out! Our server, we can't remember his name, was the kindest man ever! He had so many recommendations and was so attentive! The food was absolutely delicious as well! 10/10 would recommend!

    Service (Nick) was outstanding! Food and drinks were great. Front hostess was awesome and attentive because we were going to a show. She check on us and made sure we were out of there on time. Very enjoyable dinner and drinks!

    The food was not special. The duck dish was 2 nice large slabs of duck breast, with some strange crumbles on it which didn't add anything to it; no favored sauce over it; no potatoes; just two pieces of meat. Indeed, none of the entrees on the menu included potatoes, and no separate potatoes or pasta or bread are listed on the menu. The chopped radicchio was enough for 4 people, but it wasn't interesting, just a ton of radicchio plus a couple small pearl onions, a small amount of feta cheese, etc, - did I say a whole lot of radicchio? The previous menu was more interesting.

    I would give it a zero if I was given the opportunity but not to be mean but in all actual fairness. We didn’t get the opportunity to try anything. We arrived and sat for 15 minutes with no water, no drinks, no recognition. No nothing. We walked out and went to one of our regular spots. The menu is limited but unique. Overall there are A LOT of restaurants in Columbus but we wanted to try something new. Unfortunately we won’t be back. Just a bad moment for them but I’m sure that isn’t always the situation.

    My wife and I came here with another couple prior to the soccer match (Crew). The restaurant taps were down so beer had to be brought from downstairs - not a big deal as the waiter was doing the work. Drinks were good. We ordered two Caesar salads and a Hop Beet salad. Just okay - but had good flavor. For meals, three walleyes and one pork belly. Again, only mediocre for the walleye. It wasn't the right dish for me as I didn't care for my food swimming in a broth. I should have asked for a better description. No one said it was bad, but wasn't worth $21. We have been here in the past a few times and were always pleased with the culinary creations, but this missed the mark. I am sure we will return, but will get a better feel for the menu first.

    I've been to the taproom a handful of times and figured it was time to try the dining room during my most recent trip to Columbus. I've only heard good things about it, and it definitely did not disappoint. The cocktails, food, and dessert were all fantastic.

    It was the first time we'd had a chance to visit since before the pandemic, and we were very pleased. Although we miss the old communal tables, the food was excellent. Loved the pierogis. It was hard to choose among the entree options but no second guessing on the quail or the tempura we selected. Definitely planning to return more often.

    Interesting menu-things you cannot find on many menus from duck, rabbit, walleye, etc. The 4 of us had different dishes and everything was delicious!
