   Our experience overall was fantastic! We made a reservation and the restaurant worked with us when we called about being late, our server was friendly, funny, and created a great experience from start to finish. A lot of restaurants are popular due to the ambiance and the way it looks visually but the food matches the vibes inside and lives up to the hype.

   This is our second trip to Wusong Road and it was just as enjoyable! The cocktails are fun and inventive. The food is delicious and unusual—and the menu get updated regularly so there is always something new to try. The food is as delicious as it is beautiful. Highly recommend!

    The food here was OK but the service was pretty poor. Our server was not suited to hospitality at all, never smiled once and made no effort to check in until we’d completely finished

Apologies that she did not live up to your expectations, (well it looks like the entire restaurant, did not live up to your expectations *shrug*).     I went to Wusong Road on a friend's recommendation to meet with friends I had not seen in years! The food was good, the drinks delicious, the ambiance was fun. The service, however, was terrible. The waiter was not attentive at all and frankly was rude. To start with, I asked about an item on the menu and he informed us that they were out. I remarked that it was early on in the evening and so it was surprising- I made this comment partly in jest and partly just in surprise. He told me that it was a popular menu item and that I was welcome to go to the kitchen and try making it ( honestly didn't seem like he was joking, but maybe he was). Later, we weren't done with dinner, and my friend had asked for another appetizer, and while we waited on the appetizer, the waiter dropped the check without even asking us whether we wanted to order dessert or anything. In addition, we had to ask for water & ice at least a couple of times. We asked for the manager who informed us that there was a 2 hr. limit on tables. We had been there only for 1.5 hrs. She gave us some tokens to use next time- but not sure there will be a next time. Too bad as the food was great as were the drinks.

    I have eaten at Wusong Road twice and both times it was outstanding! Fun atmosphere, delicious food offerings, amazing drinks and perfect service - truly an excellent experience! The wait staff is extremely helpful answering all menu questions and can recommend dishes tailored to what you like, so please do ask if needed. Highly recommend on every level!

    Simply the best tiki bar in New England. Excellent vintage tiki cocktails as well as original creations, made with care and respect for the craft. The food is outstanding - Chef Doo knows what’s up. Allergens are very clearly marked so our GF/DF/NF family member feels safe eating here. And the atmosphere is beyond spectacular. It’s Tiki Birds and Jungle Cruise for adults. Just go.

    This was our first time at Wusong Road. It was spectacular and to be highly recommended. The owners did a lot with the very small space. Walking into the restaurant is like walking into a movie set that takes you to a Tiki world, very far from Harvard Square. Our waiter, Yakob, was thoroughly entertaining for the whole of the evening. The food was delicious, creative, and very satisfying. We will definitely return.

    The decor at Wusong Road is fabulous, the waitstaff were kind and attentive. The food was delicious and the drinks were fun and tasty! We loved everything we ate and were delighted with the Pineapple dole whip desert!

    Fun vibe, but otherwise not great. We ordered appetizers, small plates and large plates. Everything came out at the same time and nothing was hot. Food was a little sweet, but some nice flavors. Nothing was spicy; the chili sauce that came with the fried rice didn't even have any kick. Server was nice, but not very attentive.

    Our second visit to WUSONG ROAD did not disappoint. All food presentation was impeccable and we were pleased with the delightfulness and taste of our 5 different dishes. Especially enjoyed their version of brussel sprouts and crab Rangoon. Excellent and kind service as well.
