   The seating was quick, the server was prompt and friendly . . . The food is a bit more upscale than an Applebees and a bit more variety and quality. Go during happy hour to get their best prices

   It was a slow night which was great. Brandon was our server and we asked him what was good. He gave us 3 dishes and we ordered them. His recommendation was spot on! We enjoyed all 3 dishes. We will definitely go back and we told him so! Brandon was very nice and attentive. I was so cold and he brought me a cup of hot water! I asked for it jokingly when he asked what can I get you guys, and I didn't think he would bring it. That started my Yard House visit off right!

    The place was super loud and my gf is sensitive to loud noises. We asked the mgr to turn down the music and he refused saying the music was part of a “vibe”. You can’t even have a conversation it was so loud. The food was really good; the portions could have been a little more. Due to the noise we ate within 30 minutes and left.

    Great location for a lunch business meeting. The only problem was, with soooo many beers on tap it was difficult ordering a soft drink with my meal. I will need to return for a happy hour soon.

    Great drinks and ambiance! Such a cool place. There was a beautiful Christmas tree lit up right outside our window where we were seated. Our waitress seemed like she was just trying to get through the night. Very cold and no patience. I will chalk it up to it was Christmas Eve and who wants to work Christmas Eve? I dont blame her I guess! Glad we were able to order our drinks right at the table on a device. Overall super fun place.

    When the restaurant is so busy, the music needs to be lowered. Had dinner with grandkids and had to almost yell over the table for six. Too loud, even for the 17 yr old.

    We live nearby the westend yardhouse in st louis park MN. We have been regular customers for at least 4 years and enjoyed going there weekly. Tonight was sooo different. We had a great waitress Abby and she was wonderful. Enjoyed our night until we order an after dinner drink. We waited 15 minutes and called Abby over to see what the problem was and if we could not get our drinks to take it off the check. She said she didn’t know why it was taking so long and would check. She came back and said I don’t know what the problem is but they are making the drinks. We waited another 2 minutes and my husband went to the bar to see what the problem was. He stated to the bartender that 15 minutes was a long time to wait for a drink. He went back to our table and Abby said she would see what is happening with our drinks. Granted it was now 20 minutes. She apologized and said she would see what was happening with our drinks. Now keep in mind 20 minutes is a LONG time to wait but we waited. Eventually Kyle the top manager came over literally screaming that he was buying our drinks but you don’t talk to the bartenders that way. Really? We were out of line waiting 20 minutes for a drink and he was screaming at us? Ask Abby. I then got mad and said this is a joke. We have waited 20 minutes for a drink and we are out of line? Yell at your bartender for not making our drinks. He then told me I was cut off from drinking after having two drinks because he had the power to do this. I of course didn’t care. He yelled at us for whatever and left. I felt like I was in a dream. I have had several managers buy us appetizers due to our loyalty. I am livid and will NEVER enter your place again and will make sure none of my friends and neighbors go either. How did we do wrong? Is not waiting 15 or 20 minutes for a drink a long time? My husband just told the bartender that 15 minutes was too long. I am honestly telling you the truth that Kyle the manager came screaming at us for our behavi

    First time at The Yard House. I liked the atmosphere and the decor but the music is TOO LOUD. We are at dinner to talk to friends and family, there is no dance floor to get out on, when you have to talk to people at top volume it is not an enjoyable experience.
