   My husband and I love to come here for a romantic dinner every time we visit Las Vegas! The food is always amazing! We also enjoy the ambiance and the potential bellagio fountain views depending on where we end up sitting!

   Came for my daughter’s birthday and they had us a table on the balcony. She loved being able to see the water fountain show. We ordered the tuna pizza, hot miso soup, grilled halibut, mile high roll and the protein roll. The food was absolutely amazing! Our service was excellent as well. I had the essence martini which was very refreshing.

    We did omakase and while it was so fun and truly incredible, it did take 2.5 hrs. We had no plans, so it wasn't a big deal for us, but if you have a show or something, just order off the menu. Get the tuna pizza appy it's to die for!!

    Kuba and the staff at Yellowtail was so kind and his knowledge of everything was precise. He made our night with really perfect recommendations and timed everything perfectly. Definitely recommended the pizza and the popping salmon. Totally unique and absolutely fantastic.

    It took 1.5 hours after we ordered to get our sushi. The potatoes were kind of pasty with a glue like consistency. Not too much flavor. The sushi was fantastic. The ribeye was also quite good.

    We sat outside in the balcony with perfect view of the Bellagio fountains. It was magical. The food and service was excellent. We have been dining at Yellowtail since 2010 and we just love it. Highly recommend it.

    When I arrive to check in for my 730 reservation at 7:20 the hostess told me to go back and stand over there until 730 and then I can check in. I did speak to management about the rudeness of the hostess. Overall dining experience was positive due to the manager, and the server food is fantastic.

    It was thanks giving dinner. Food was delicious, however the order that it was brought in seemed off. They brought out edamame at the end. I waited almost 45 minutes for my plate to arrive, my 2 other guests that were with me had already finished their food. Also, my reservations for that night were at 7:30pm. I arrived on time, however my party did not get seated until 8:15pm. I would give no stars if it weren’t for the delicious food.

    This was one of the most amazing experience we have had in a long time. We mainly focused on speciality sushi and those are amazing. View of the fountain added an extra cherry on the top. Service was top notch as well.

    A perfect choice for out family of 8 birthday celebration. Our table faced the fountains, and felt semi private with a curtain divider. It is a busy buzzing place with low lighting and a fun vibe. Service was on point, yet relaxed. Food came at staggered times and this was full explained upfront. Not a problem. Food highlights - ribeye, sushi was all excellent - even one with pop rocks!, crispy tofu, and the lychee martini. While expensive, this was a true experience and worth every penny. Memorable!

    The food and service were excellent. The big eye tuna pizza, edamame with sweet chili sauce, and shishito peppers were great appetizers. The sushi rolls were delicious too. Sitting on the patio overlooking the Bellagio fountains was wonderful and so romantic.

    My wife and I have been to Yellowtail many times. Our most recent trip was easily the worst. The service was deplorable. It seemed like our waitress was occupied with other guests and couldn’t have cared less that we were there. We got adult beverages, the lobster tempura, snapper carpaccio, and sashimi/sushi. The food was good, but the decline in service will likely dictate we find other sushi restaurants to support. There are too many other excellent options. It’s sad, because historically we have enjoyed yellowtail.

    I requested to sit outside but was told the heaters were broken. I went out a few times to watch the fountains and everytime 4 of the 5 heaters was in fact working. Food was very good. Service was good. Prices high but as expected.

    Modern tasteful design of the place. Pleasant looking servers . We got a window table where fountain music and show are on . Spectacular! Out of the dishes , ribs and black cod are of supreme quality and presentation! While green salad, mixed tempura and soft shelf crab sushi are of ordinary quality . Overall , very pleasant
