   The ambiance, decor, service and quality of food are second to none. My husband is a “foodie” and our family truly enjoys fine dining. Yuta entices all the senses and exceeds any and all possible expectations. We were on vacation and extremely pleased to have selected Yuta as the place to celebrate our anniversary.

   Wow. Each element was like a piece of art. Well balanced cocktails. Extremely tasty. Lamb and duck were some of the best I’ve had. I wish it was easier to get back and forth from Park City as transportation was the only negative. Would love to come back, stay and eat so much more. Well done!

   Nice dinner gone bad. Be careful going to this spot, unless you're driving yourself. The place is beautiful and the food is very good; but the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, and it is impossible to get any transportation back to Park City. We had to call multiple services and wait nearly an hour, as no one wants to make the trip out there. No ubers, no taxis. And the staff at the hotel aren't able to do much to help.

    I was really disappointed with my experience here. The cocktails were mediocre, the salad tasted old. My main was the best option—I got the iberico pork. The pork itself was well done but it was described as coming with kale and butternut squash purée. There wasn’t even an entire kale leaf on the plate. The room was cold and while the view was nice, it left a lot to be desired

    Where do I begin, first off to all residents of Park City you have to check this place out if you haven’t already!!! • Our server/sommelier Rand was spectacular, well versed in the menu giving several awesome recommendations. • Open kitchen and decor of the restaurant was amazing • the food was incredible, we shared several appetizers-smoked sea bass, pork ribs, shiitake mushrooms and the carrot soup all exquisite. For entrees we had the beef tenderloin, the tortellini and I had the Pork which was amazing and perfectly cooked. The team executed everything flawlessly, would highly recommend checking Yuta out. We will definitely visit again if we are in Park City.

    This was our third trip to Yuta and we were really looking forward to it because of the cool atmosphere and delicious food. The atmosphere and food quality definitely did not disappoint this time around but the meal seemed quite overpriced, especially the entrees. There is a new chef onboard and it seemed to us as though they decided to do VERY small entree portions at high prices. For example, $75 for a 6 ounce steak?? You’d pay less than that in a high end steak restaurant. We aren’t patrons looking for huge portions at low prices but Yuta seems to have gone a bit too far in hiking prices and shrinking portion sizes. Having said all that, our server was terrific.

    No one came to our table for 15 - 20 minutes. It was impossible to even flag someone down, my husband eventually just raised his hand like he was in class trying to answer a question. Finally the lovely hostess who was the only one who seemed to hustle or care about guests came over to help. A server eventually came over took our order and was never seen again. We never had a waiter. We had to again flag someone down after our drinks had been empty for another 15 minutes. No manager ever apologized to us or acknowledged how terrible of an experience this was. The hostess did which we appreciated. If you’re going to charge $60+ for entrees you should have adequate wait staff. There seemed to be issues at the table next to us as well. The food was good but we’ll probably cross this off our list for awhile due to horrendous service.

    We booked a 2:30 pm brunch offered for Yuta for my birthday. Upon arriving and at least 4 more times, the waiter emphatically stated (like somehow we were idiots) that we were barely there in time for brunch and the kitchen closes at 2:30 pm so the three-course prixe fix wasn't available (even though I have the email from Open Table confirming that's what we signed up for). We were still charged $55 each for an appetizer and simple breakfast, which weirdly came with no toast or bread. Shame, as the location is stunning and we heard amazing things about the brunch. Definitely treated a step above trespassers. Even though we are local, we will never go back.

    Really enjoyed my birthday celebration at Yuta. We started with the scallops and pork ribs which were both very nicely prepared and delicious. We followed those with the Waygu Coulette and the Iberico pork, and these were both cooked to perfection and had amazing flavors. Lastly we shared the Raspberry S’more and the Pear Tarte Tatin. The Pear Tarte was served with a chocolate Happy Brithday card for me! The staff were very attentive and took very good care of us. We will return.

    Our waiter was fantastic, the sommelier was extremely helpful, and the staff in general were extremely professional and created a fine dining atmosphere that felt very personal. We tried 4 appetizers which were all extremely creative and well executed, and they were actually our favorite part of the meal, so if you're sharing bites, order as many apps as you can!

    Beautiful location, stunning interiors, peaceful vibe. Service at lunch was attentive, and yet not disruptive, not rushed, but paced as you would like it. The menu was familiar with added twists to make it compelling. Execution though, could have been better given the prices and status of being an Auberge Resort. I felt my poached shrimp appetizer was over cooked and dry, and could have used more salting in the poaching liquid. The jalapeño tomatillo aquachile liquid was disappointingly flavorless, given the dynamic flavor profiles of those two ingredients, and sadly was missing the key acidity a dish like this requires. The vegetable salad, with added salmon requested cooked rare to medium-rare, had a deliciously crisp skin, though the fish was overdone. The greens were beautifully fresh, and but too bright due to an excess of acidity. This may have just been an off day for the kitchen. I would definitely give it another chance, if only for the serenity of the interiors, in an architecturally dramatic landscape, sipping an equally beautiful glass of Arietta.

    While fully competent it's difficult to say if anything was noteworthy. No qualms with any of the food but nothing demanded a second visit. Perhaps we were unlucky with the seasonal selection but even before the food left the kitchen it was clear we were in for a very conventional meal.

    We are from out of state and try to come here every time we visit Park City twice a year. We were not and have not been hotel guests, but in the past we felt this was the best restaurant in PC. This meal was not as great as usual, and we understand circumstances contributed certainly (new chef, first night back after break), but we expect (and deserve?) excellence which did not happen this time. Menu was out of season, average price of the wine list in the extreme range, flavors were not bright. Our server and the bartender, as well as the rest of the staff were perfect and VERY attentive, which we appreciated and saved the evening. Will try again in a couple months hopeful for back to normal fabulousness.
