In a word, disorganized. Mistakes taking orders, missing items with the plates, wrong items on the bill... errors at every stage. Staff were attentive and corrected the issues, but at a place like this I don’t expect these issues. Food was good but lose points on service.

Perdieron totalmente el toque la comida es pésima la carta con poca variedad . Entiendo la pandemia sin embargo si tienes 10 platillos deben ser los mejores . No se esmeran en buscar opciones para dejarte satisfecho . Solo el lugar vale la pena .

El lugar es precioso, de hecho el Hotel dentro el que está es una belleza. La atención del personal es excelente. Yo llevaba a mi hija de 1 año de edad super inquieta y todos fueron muy pacientes, incluso había menú infantil.

Si hubiera algo de lo que me pudiera quejar sería de el tamaño de los platillos, demasiado pequeños. Los sabores muy buenos algunos y otros buenos, sin llegar a ser excelentes.

¿Lo recomiendo? Sí. ¿Volvería a ir? Probablemente en uno o dos años más.

Ceviches espectaculares y de buena porción, enchiladas coras con mole de nacadamia nada sobresalientes, brazo de gitano demasiado dulce y sin algo que valiera su costo. Meseras amables excepto una que al pedirle un vaso con agua y a pesar de aclararle que no quería de botella me sirvió una de 150 pesos.

We went for an early birthday dinner on a Monday and it was very quiet, which was nice for conversing over cocktails. The cocktails and ceviche were great, but the whole fish was the piece de resistance. You should order the fish!

Tardaron mucho en ofrecernos algo de tomar, y tardaron muchísimo en preparar los cocteles, a pesar de no haber mucha gente. Después de eso, la atención fue mejor. El ribeye fue delicioso, super jugoso y con mucho sabor, cocido a la perfección. Buen ambiente en el jardín y las sillas son muy cómodas.

Un lugar realmente lindo, fuimos a comer alrededor de las 17:00, y fue perfecto porque teníamos el lugar prácticamente para nosotros.
La comida es muy rica, las porciones son buenas, nadie se quedaría con hambre.
El chico que nos atendió era sumamente amable, agradable.
Recomendaría el lugar sin pensarlo

Great experience overall. The food was delicious, but I don't think worth the price of the meal. The atmosphere was quiet and perfect for a night out. Be aware we went on a Tuesday night and I don't know what a weekend would look like. My girlfriend and I shared the salmon and tuna steak and were really pleased with the meal, just kind of left us wanting more.

It is a good place for fish as a mexican style. The only area of improvement is the coffee, it is not a coffee bean. Mexico is rich in coffee, and it is a shame that they use nespresso

We had lunch at Zanaya and the service was a bit hurried. The server was pushing the main course on the table while my wife was still having her soup. Only did he stop when I pointedly told him that my wife was not finished with her soup and that I preferred for him to bring the main course back to the kitchen.
The choices for the fish tacos were sea bass or red snapper. We ordered sea bass. And when our oder came, the scales of the fish when flipped was red. I then called the attention of the server and she agreed that it looked like red snapper. But the manager insisted that as per the chef, it was a sea bass with red scales. When I googled pictures of mexican sea bass, their scales looked far from being red.
The taste and the presentation of the food were at best mediocre.
Oh well...
Never again.

Loved this place! It was perfect! The food was amazing the service was great and the ambiance was from a movie. Would highly recommend everyone go. The food was delicious and affordable, the one comment I do have though is the whole fried fish had a perfectly crispy skin on it but had all the scales still, we asked if this was a mistake and the waiter said no it was always served like this.

Our waiter, JJ, was wonderful! We sat outside with a gorgeous view of The Four Seasons courtyard. The whole fish cooked in a brick oven was delectable! The ceviche was the best we’ve ever had. It was a perfect and memorable first night of our vacation and JJ made it that way with his warm hospitality!
