   Randy was excellent as our server - very attentive and provided memorable service. I love it when he's working and works our table! My only concern was around the fries - pretty soggy this time. Also, we were celebrating 3 birthdays which I noted on my reservation - curious is anyone sees that at the restaurant - my husband and I came for dinner on our anniversary - I had indicated the special occasion and our server gave us the option of a complimentary glass of champagne or a free dessert - is that no longer happening?

   There were few things wrong from having a wine glass break to bringing out the wrong food to not bringinging out one of the food items. The service was ok, understanding that it was mothers day so I understand it was busier than usual. The manager did come and take stuff off our bill to try and make up for the inconveniences.

    Came in to enjoy an early Mother’s Day dinner. Everything was great till we got our dessert. My daughter enjoyed a double chocolate milkshake and upon the last sip of it she sipped up a large fly. We informed our server who really had no words and were kinda shocked to see we were charged for the shake when we got our bill. Needless to say it will take some convincing to get my daughter to want to return.

    We waited 40 minutes for one small salad and a burger, we didn’t even order fries. Had to get the order to go. Appreciate the manager taking care of the bill but it sucked for a lunch meeting.

    My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful Easter lunch at Zinburger. Our server, Cameron, and server trainee, Ethan, were amazing. Cameron asked us if we had been to Zinburger before and after we told him have been regulars at Gilbert since it opened, he told us “you will love this location and we will show you why”. He was right, we loved everything about it. We especially appreciated having the manager, Dom, check in on us through lunch. He even got us refills and made sure we felt special. Kudos to Zinburger for hiring and training such valued employees.

    Food is always great but our waiter never even checked in for drinks refills or if we need anything else during our meal. We went in for a special family birthday occasion. We had to chase him down for our check.

    This place has been struggling since things got back to normal after Covid. We waited for 20 minutes before a server even came to take a drink order. We ordered 2 salads and a burger which took ages to come out. A table of 6 people was sat 30 minutes after we arrived and they were all eating before us. Frustrating and the fries were old burnt and terrible. Didn’t want to wait another hour for fresh ones.

    The food was fair. The service was a different story. When our ice tea was delivered it took ten minutes to get sweet and low. After 30+ minutes, I asked about the food as other tables that came after us started getting food. Manager shows up and says it’s being prepared. The food comes up not prepared as the original order.

    We go to Zinburger frequently, usually in Scottsdale Quarter, but this time at the store in Phoenix was the worst experience in almost every respect. My husband ordered the burger of the month - some special ground beef with horseradish brie, but they were out of the brie, so swiss was the next best option, but for the price charged, that price should have been reduced. A restaurant advertises a burger of the month & then can't fulfill that order is a lousy way to do business! I ordered the farm salad but didn't realize feta cheese which I detest came on it, so they offered to remake it. It took 20 minutes or more to remake it, during which time our young server seemed to have disappeared. Then we ordered a chocolate shake to be split between us, thinking it would make the meal happier, & THAT took 20 minutes more! I personally could have made it in 4 minutes, but they wouldn't let me. That shake came out smaller than we've ever had at Zinburger. Finally, we asked to speak to the manager who apologized and comped my salad only, not the whole meal which he should have because of not having all the ingredients for the burger of the month. I will no longer be recommending Zinburger at the Biltmore!

    The banana cream pie is to die for, the loaded fries to share for 2 was an appetizer & were excellent. I loved my peppermint milk shake, special flavor of the month. Sandwiches do not come with fries. $10-$13 each sandwich. Make a rez, as it can get quite busy, but it was a Friday night, week before Christmas.

    Food is always top notch - never disappoints - consistently excellent. Our server said about 2 words to us the whole time, we had to get our own refills and acted as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. Hoping she was just having a bad day.

    Not sure what is happening at this Zin Burger. We normally love the food, and always order the zucchini fries. Second time in which the fries were barely warm and really soggy. But most concerning is how the level of service has really declined. Servers forgot my wife’s glass of wine and I had to get our check from the bartender because our servers disappeared. Looks like we won’t be coming here too often in the future.

    The service was unfortunately just ok and the restaurant was almost empty. It took forever to get our drinks, then we were charged regualr price for a replacement and had to ask to correct the bill. Oour server attempted to clear the table before all parties were finished eating.

    I have been a regular for many many years. Well, over 15. My dad experienced this last time was subpar at best. The flavor wasn’t there. It appears as though the burgers are smaller in size and the prices have gone up. I’ll be back, but I don’t think I’ll be as happy dining at your establishment as I used to be.
