   The tea service was absolutely wonderful, with delicious food, beautifully presented. The staff were professional and very pleasant, making for a very good experience. This was a gift for a family member and I recommend it to anyone trying to put together a special afternoon.

   Nous avons malheureusement été laissés pendant plus de 30 minutes dans l’entrée après notre heure de réservation pour laisser des gens qui « avaient leurs réservations » (alors que nous avions aussi une reservation pour le même nombre de personnes!) le service n’était pas exceptionnel Certains sandwichs étaient secs. Honnêtement , l’expérience ne vaut pas le prix payé

   I had high hopes for our visit to Zoe’s Lounge, especially since we were celebrating a special occasion with my mom. I made a reservation two months in advance for 1:15 PM to ensure everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, it didn’t. We arrived on time, only to be told to wait a few minutes—which turned into a 35-minute delay. We weren’t seated until 1:50 PM. That’s completely unacceptable, especially with a reservation. When we were finally seated, it was at a table directly beside the service area where servers were constantly grabbing food, drinks, and water. Not exactly the setting we had hoped for during a special celebration. We were told a manager would come speak to us about the delay, but no one ever showed up. We were offered a mimosa as a gesture, which was appreciated, but honestly, not enough to make up for the disruption. While our waitress was kind, the service was disorganized. Our food arrived before our tea because no one came to take our tea order in time. I understand it was busy, but at the price point Zoe’s charges, we expected far better service and coordination. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Zoe’s Lounge has a beautiful setting, but this visit didn’t live up to the standard it promotes. I hope they can work on managing busy days more professionally, especially when people plan so far in advance.

   Beautiful setting, high tea was an experience perfect for a milestone birthday celebration, and the service was friendly and intuitive without interrupting, highly recommend

   Very good experience, in a very elegant restaurant. The food (at Afternoon Tea) is very good, but the quantity is somewhat small. And there is no possibility of repeating any part of the menu.

   We enjoyed the experience of Afternoon Tea at Zoe’s overall. Where we were seated however, we did not find it comfortable. One was too low and far from table the other in a swivel very very heavy chair that was impossible to move as it was on top of carpeting. It was a nice change to have lunch at the Chateau Laurier, but we only did it as it was a special occasion. Could not park at hotel as we were not overnight guests. So a bit of an inconvenience trying to find parking close by on a week day
