   We made a reservation, and install took 20 minutes to be seated. Service was slow, and we seated near the kitchen, so we could hear all the kitchen noise and traffic. Some of the tea bites were dry.

   This was a very poor value for what you received. Almost $300 for 2 adults and a child for high tea. Service was friendly but slow. Food was fine but nothing spectacular. Advertised a dream like playroom for March break - this is quite a stretch for a single bouncy castle in a conference room.

   Our experience at Zoe’s was wonderful. My daughter, granddaughters and my myself were there for a birthday. The girls were made to feel special and service, food etc was excellent. We’ll definitely be back!

   Took our daughter for a special princess afternoon tea on March break, lovely service, menu, and special touches. Hosts were great, our server Karl was lovely, and the playroom downstairs was excellent! Hope to make it a tradition. 😊

    Our first experience with the March Break Prince/ess Tea was truly formidable. The onpy reason we would find we weren't satisfied was tgat it seemed a lengthy wait to our food being presented once we had been seated. Otherwise, the staff were absolutely lovely, the ambiance of course was magnificent, the actual food for the tea was outstanding with diverse sweet/savoury flavours and perfect adaptations depending on the age of guest (less exotic for the littles). My daughter (2) truly felt doted upon and had an amazing experience both with the tea party as well as the jump house afterward. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    For such an expensive place the service was mediocre. It was not too busy. Server was missing often. Not very refined in serving. Had removed menus and wondered if we are having dinner at all. Overall lacking in grace and manners. Took a long time for orders bills etc.

    Great experience overall. My only suggestion would be to have a better savoury-sweet ratio for the food. There were too many sugary treats and not enough savoury.

    Food was amazing service lacking - resto was not busy however took too long 1/2 hour between seating and coming back to take our drink order - others seated after us had orders taken before us . Wine order forgotten and brought to is after food was served - waited more than 1/2 hour to have finished plates removed from table at end of meal. Prior evening we stopped by @ 10:30 to have a meal after game - hostess confirmed kitchen was open and serving and gave us menu’s- only to be told by the waiter that kitchen was closed and offered us nuts and dessert - very polite but an obvious disconnect between staff and service availabilities.

    The place is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. But the food is absolutely not meeting the level of Chateau Laurier, the way how we excepted it. We had an afternoon tea with 5 year old granddaughter. Her plate included 2 big sandwiches very primitive creation, one just ham and cheese, no special decoration, nothing, like a school lunch sandwich. The fruit cup contains only pineapple and few pieces of melon, only two types of fruits. Our sandwiches with duck sausage had skin from sausage still in sandwich. Another sandwich was just 1 shrimp, tasted like simply defrosted shrimp. The salmon sandwich was also without any taste, like smashed smoked salmon with mustard on a top. The dessert was better. The food didn’t spoil our time, we enjoyed the view , the beautiful table setup. But we hope such famous place like Zoe’s could improve the quality of the food in the future, especially for the afternoon tea because a lot of people are coming with kids for the tea ceremony.     My friend and I were celebrating a special event. When we informed our waitress, she offered each of us a glass of white sparkling wine. What a nice gesture! Everything was exceptional!

    My friends and I go to tea at least on Valentine’s Day every year. We miss the tea cart that is for sure but that has been gone for a while now. Also, they don’t really stick to the classics of cucumber, egg sandwiches, etc. The selections this year were better than they have been, service was wonderful from Chantal. The atrium was very warm though and made it uncomfortable. Tea is now $73 so a nice treat and way to spend time in the castle!

    We had afternoon tea, something I love to do when traveling and staying at historic hotels. The service was best I’ve ever had - Jose was so cheerful, accommodating (part of our party was late), and explained all the special treats in the tiered tea service. I highly recommend Zoe’s for a true British tea experience.
