   From the minute we opened the door, the girl was uninterested with us, rude when we asked to sit somewhere else, had to ask for plates, cutlery etc, overly priced for what you get and the bill was incorrect.

   Normally I like this restaurant. The food was always solid and the service was good. On my last visit Jan 18th 2022 we had one of the worst dinning experiences we can remember. After 2 hours we were still not served all the food we ordered. The server kept making excuses but we asked for the check paid it and left. I do not see my self or friends going back.

    I actually enjoyed this place. Last time I tried to come, the waiting list was hours long so it was nice to be able to walk right it and be seated. Our waitress was amazing. I forget her name, but she was so quick and very attentive. I can’t rate the sushi, I am more of tempura roll kinda girl, but I can say I did the my first piece of sushi ever in life here and it wasn’t bad! Yay me! I would def visit again.

    We tried at least 8 different thing on the menu and Absolutely loved every one of them. Especially the Rackin shrimp. Awesome service, delicious food, and really nice happy hour deals...doesn't get much better than that!

    This gem is hidden away at the Forum Shops. Excellent choices on the menu and something for everyone even if you aren't fond of sushi. My first time here and certainly not my last! Kudos

    I ordered Happy Hour items prior to 7pm and the server added full price on those items instead of Happy Hour pricing. When asked about it, he said its because he added them after 7, which was false. Nothing could be done to drop the price. Otherwise, the food is good and came out decently fast.

    Manager girl was disrespectful at the fact I told her that my shot glass was broken and why didn’t I notice it is what she commented. I had put sake in it. She brought me a open sake bottle to replace the sake that went to waste in the broken shot glass. I just founded that disrespectful.

    The music is louder than anticipated. Felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. The server Alex, was unusual. She refused to speak to any of the men at the table, and only spoke to my fiancée and her friend. In the hour we waited for our appetizers, she came back to our table twice, yet I watched her visit other tables multiple times to refill their waters and take more drink orders. Even though our cups were emptied, she refilled them once, and after a full day on the strip, we were drinking lots of water, and several more alcoholic beverages. In the hour and thirty-ish minutes were there, we only received two appetizers, and they weren’t served together. I understand that they were down to one fryer, which we were told by the manager when we requested the check, but we had to inform them we were done waiting before we got an answer as to why. We didn’t even get the option to order sushi while we waited for the appetizers, which if it takes an hour to make potstickers and Taki Yaki, then we would’ve been able to get sushi a lot quicker. To top it off, the taki yaki was was undercooked. They honestly weren’t even that busy. The bar was half full, and there were maybe 5 other tables. Hate to throw this card, but as a server and a chef, that’s pretty sad that we waited that long for appetizers.

    The waitress was attentive and helpful. The noise was so loud when we got there that we couldn’t even talk and the waitress had it softened, which helped so much. The sushi roll was delicious but my salad bowl was ok. It was too saucy and not very flavorful. I’d prefer the rice bowl next time. We did have a good time though and my husband’s birthday treat was wonderful.

    Birthday lunch. Walked in, place was almost completely empty, got sat, took over 15 mins for server to greet us and offer us water. Another 10+ mins for the water to come out. I had order a passion fruit coconut drink, took 30 mins to come out. When I flagged down server ask about It, she snapped at me “when it’s ready, you’ll see me bring It” and walked away from me mid convo. I was mortified. The table Beside us got sat after us (group of 5) and received their drinks almost immediately. We waited forever for her to come take our food order. We got sat at 2:21pm and she didn’t take our order til almost 3pm. It’s was just 2 of us. I know that It was 2:21 because I told hostess we were there 20mins earlier than our reservation time. She finally takes our order, stood there with an annoyed face, while I asked if the spicy crab could be swapped for reg crab. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 rolls. When the rolls came out I asked for a side of eel sauce , that never came. I got up to use restroom and when I passed by our server , I asked her to make sure she used my CC at the end not the birthday boys and I handed her my credit card. She seemed bothered and kept walking as I was trying to talk to her I also asked for a birthday mochi plate and she said ok and kept walking. At end of service I flagged her down again for the bill and allll the sudden she was sweet and said thank you and happy birthday to my cousin. Handed me a check for $77. I asked her for a to go passion drink and she came over with It and the credit card machine. I still tipped 20% even tho It wasn’t good service which the machine said $17 was 20%. My bank just informed me I was charged $107 for the lunch. Not sure how a to go passion tea made the bill jump passed $100. Overall not good experience but the food was very good.

    I arrived with my Girlfriend at 10:30pm. the place was pretty empty, and no one welcomed us to give us service. Staff were all talking and did not approach us to provide us service. I do not recommend this place. We are local and wanted to try their food.

    Everything was great other than the obnoxiously loud club music. Not sure why they have it, but it made conversations difficult. It was very Night at the Roxbury. Shared a number of different sushi rolls - all were fantastic.
