   I can’t comment on the food because we left before someone helped us out but the service was awful. We waited for 15 minutes for a host to seat us and then another 20 minutes before getting up and walking away. Several servers walked passed our table without greeting. The hostess felt awful and brought us some water as well as let us know that it would take at least 30 minutes for sushi dishes. After that we waited a bit longer but no one came by so we left.

   Worst dining experience. Hostess sat us down as we had a reservation. We waited for 20 minutes for a server to come and never came. Employees were actively shutting down restaurant and didn’t want anything to deal with us. Saw us leave with pleasure.

    It was my boyfriends birthday. We had a party of 12 and everyone got their food at different times. The birthday man didn’t get his food till everyone else had finished eating and that was insane ! It had been a hour and 40 min

    Had a wonderful time with my friend sitting outside, having cocktails and eating. I don’t think eating sushi outside in the sun is a good idea because I was sick all night. We had a great time. Jacob was a wonderful Server.

    Prices were increased substantially and portions were decreased. They were out of filet mignon and wanted to substitute chicken, sorry but chicken is not a substitute for filet mignon. Everything tasted good but so not worth the money for what we received.

    Sat outside and it was a gorgeous night. The waiter was super cool and because it was our anniversary, they took a picture of us and put it in a little frame. So cute! The food was great and came out looking so pretty. Marvelous time there!

    As RA Sushi is pretty much a chain restaurant - you would expect the same quality and value. We have been to many around the country and the Las Vegas establishment numerous times. The prices seem to have increased and the portions size reduced - especially compared the other RA Sushi restaurants. No longer the value it once was.

    Our first visit here was amazing. So much so we told EVERYONE about it. This time, the fried rice (literally what we tell everyone about) was dry, the presentation of the sushi was not as exciting as the last time, and we had to ask for Miso soup which was supposed to come with the platter. Never got the salad, but we didn't want it. Also, the coconut creme brulee crust was chewy, almost like a thin soft Caramel instead of the crisp you expect from creme brulee. Our first visit was PHENOMENAL, this time was mediocre. Service and ambiance were good, but the food was not as excellent as we know it should be.

    This was a terrible experience. My server didn’t know the difference between yellowtail and salmon. Two tables that came in after us received their whole meal before we did. The manager tried to help but was kind of useless. Then to top it off the server tried to direct me what to do when I was paying and leaving a tip. While, I did leave a tip it was not deserved. Will never return to this restaurant or recommend it.

    I made reservations on Opentable and they were confirmed by RA. I had to change to a later time, again confirmed. Took a bus to go down the LV Strip yo RA only to find a sign taped on the door they were closed! Last time I use Opentable!!!!

    The waitress was very helpful and considerate. We had to wait a full hour for our orders to come through though. When ordering the nigiri assortment, we didn't get the soup nor the salad. For some orders that included smoked salmon, the degree of 'smoked' was pretty non existing. Overall, the price-quality ratio was not what I was expecting from a sushi restaurant. The waitress was really giving it her all considering the impossible situation with all the delays in the kitchen.

    We we very pleased with our experience at RA. We were sat quickly, and our server Roger, was fantastic. There was an issue with one of our appetizers, and Roger fixed it right away. We definitely recommend RA!!

    Positives: Food and portion sizes were both good. Reasonably priced considering how expensive Vegas is. Wait staff was friendly. Variety of options that could accommodate most if not all diets. Negatives: Music was too loud to have a conversation at table and the food came out sporadically. For example one person at the table got their meal about 15 mins before the next person and was already done eating by the time half the table was served. The other half was waiting around another 10-15 for theirs. Keep in mind that the only entrees ordered were one bowl of ramen and basic sushi rolls. However don’t let this deter you from going. Overall the food was good and I’m assuming this was just an off night for them.

    From the minute we opened the door, the girl was uninterested with us, rude when we asked to sit somewhere else, had to ask for plates, cutlery etc, overly priced for what you get and the bill was incorrect.
