We loved out first dinner here. The owner spoke with at at length and brought us a complimentary appetizer. He also suggested a wine that we really liked. The food was delightful. They don’t over salt and they don’t fry. It is more difficult to make delicious food without frying, they did this seamlessly. In particular the sautéed squid (vs fried) were amazing! They were served with arugula and cannellini beans- these were the best we have had in a long time. We will definitely go back.
A great addition to the North Hills dining scene. The atmosphere is upscale and special occasion worthy. The food and service were fantastic. We had the meatballs, Caesar salad and elk bolognese. Perfect night!
How do I begin to explain how amazing the entire experience was. First off everyone from the young lady who sat us at our table up to management providing superb customer service.
Food was so deliciouly flavorful, the meat was so tender and juicy made perfectly medium as requested. The Blueberry Puree Mule was delicious.
We would highly recommend as we are now fans. Space is good for large parties, date night, girls night out or family dinner, but best to make a reservation.
We had a reservation for the night hurricane Ian came through. We decided that if the roads were passable & the restaurant remained open, we would show up. It turned out to be the right choice! My salmon special was perfectly done, and I enjoyed it with a French Sauvignon Blanc. My husband especially enjoyed his pasta with sausage. It was a lovely candlelight meal despite the rough weather. Garibaldi always provides an authentic and delicious experience as well as ideal ambiance.
