Reservation for my BF's birthday booked through OpenTable and Ralphs did not disappoint. They personalized his menu, were prompt with bringing food out, and we never had to ask for anything b/c our waiter, Michael, was so attentive. Crawfish cakes were FULL of meat, the filet was so high quality that it didn't need sauce, even the dinner bread was good! We'll be back for brunch.

Was really excited to dine at Ralph’s! We arrived just a few minutes late to our 7:45 reso and they were very understanding. We had a really nice table - there was 5 of us, work event. It was very dark in the restaurant only downside. Amber was our waitress and she was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered drinks and apps - apps were the jambalaya arancini and the truffles fries, both were amazing! Entrees were a selection of things - most enjoyed theirs - I had the redfish/crawfish entrees and was super excited. My dish arrived first and it was appearing yummy, however I quickly came to realize my fish was raw. I wondered why it was tough to cut and this was why, it was hard to see but I could tell it was not cooked through. The waitress quickly apologized and asked if I wanted something else, my dining companions already had their meals and were well over halfway through. I opted to not get another dish. The manager quickly also came over and apologized for the dish and seemed embarrassed, they pride themselves on their service and food. I wish I had a better food experience, but the service and attentiveness certainly made up for it!

It was great but my friend forgot her credit card at the restaurant as well as her prescription eye glasses and called and called all evening but no one answered the telephone. I hope she was finally able to retrieve them from the restaurant as she was flying back to Florida today.

Drinks and appetizers were delicious. I ordered the pork chop very dry and rice was quite mushy. Sent both back and didn’t reorder. A bit disappointed since we hadn’t been in a while and was looking forward to it. Maybe next time I’ll try something different.

What happened to this restaurant? First I get a text at 12:07 while parking saying my table is ready and am I on the way which made me feel like I was late even though my reservation was for 12:15. We were sat immediately, but service was agonizingly slow. We don’t usually allow our kids to play with the cell phone at the table, but it took so long to get our food that we decided to let them. The food itself was dripping in grease! This is supposed to be fine dining and it was worse than diner food. Finally, at least 3 men in the dining room were wearing baseball caps. They should have been asked to remove them. When you allow that it ruins the fine dining experience for everyone.

We enjoyed our brunch at Ralph’s on the Park! The crab avocado toast was the showstopper course for us. Delicious and refreshing-and excellent presentation. We enjoyed everything we ate-including a Monte Cristo, excellent fries, and sweet potato bisque. It was a beautiful space with a nice view of the park and excellent service.

We ate late so we could finish watching a basketball game. The restaurant was only half filled and we were seated next to a large party that was LOUD. We couldn’t hear each other and basically had a delicious dinner without any conversation so a complete let down. The food was amazing, the service was great and the restaurant is beautiful. It is unfortunate that we were there for a special occasion and didn’t get to enjoy it.

The food was amazing and service was fantastic too. I went there during the pandemic and ate on the balcony overlooking City Park. I was disappointed that they no longer serve outside. It was a beautiful day and I was looking forward to being in fresh air. But everything else was outstanding. I will be back.

Service here is almost always fantastic. I also love the space, right across from the Park. It's beautiful, especially at daytime, when you can look out at the trees. The food is very delicious and well prepared. My quibble is with the menu. There are 6 entree choices: one vegetarian, two fin-fish and 3 steaks. Why are half of the choices steak? So if you don't enjoy eating steak, options are limited. The menu changes, so hopefully this is a short term problem. But an odd one.

The service was excellent. We appreciated the menu and drink range. The prime rib was delicious but very fatty. The bread pudding was just ok. The trout with brown butter was excellent fish but the brown butter glaze was dry not buttery. Blackened redfish, trout special and mushroom dish were great. Thanks for a nice evening but the room was very noisy.

Portions seemed a bit small. Main suggestion would be to use a bigger plate for the city park salad, especially if grilled shrimp is added. Too hard to cut salad and de-head and de-tail shrimp on the small rectangular plate. Not enough room. Warm bread should be brought to table before the soup is served. Had to ask for bread, and it did not come before we ate our soup. Loved RATP being open for Lundi Gras! We were not rushed as we visited with guests we had not seen in a long time. Thank you!
