We are among the few self-standing winery restaurants that bake our own bread and grow our own certified organic vegetables while pairing our meals with the guidance of our Winemaker Ben Minaker's discriminating palate. We are blessed with a renowned culinary team that chooses an ever-changing menu. With a variety of ingredients picked right from our garden, our team not only creates a seasonal menu but also preserves as much as possible so that going local is not just a seasonal term. We are extremely proud of our service team and confident in the level of hospitality that will be shown to your table whenever you choose to dine with us at Ravine.

We never miss heading to Ravine on our NOTL visits. This time, we went twice in four days. It's THAT good!
It's lovely in summer for outdoor dining, but it was so cozy and intimate as we sat inside during the snowstorm.

I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! Since its beginnings we have been coming to Ravine. It never disappoits and you are MISSING out if you do not eat here at least once during your trip to NOTL. Also grab a bottle (or 4) of Sand and Gravel (either of the whites). They are amazing and my husband and I are always stocking up.

Had two delicious dinners of short ribs and fish. Excellent service. Waitress was very personable and knowledgeable about the wines they serve. The menu suggests appropriate wine pairings with each entree. Appreciate the different size pours you can get which enables you to try more than one with a meal. Desserts looked to die for,but unfortunately didn't partake this time. Note to owners: lighting to entrance signs guiding guests to tasting room or restaurant needs improved. It is hard to see at night

Really satisfied with this restaurant. The meals, the Tofu and the Pickerel are highly recommended. Truly very good meals. Great service. It got a bit loud as the place was getting packed but within acceptable parameters. My wife had the excellent Cab franc 2017. I had the mediocre Sauvignon Blanc 2017. My choice but I don’t recommend this wine. Only sore point. All the rest was truly amazing.

We are regular visitors to Ravine every visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake. The restaurant is consistently good and we love the entire setting which has great energy. However, this occasion service was quite uneven and we waited way too long in between courses. Other tables were getting solid service. Won’t dampen our enthusiasm, but had to note.

We had a terrific lunch. Every plate from the kitchen was excellent, as were the vineyard's wines which are unique and not widely available. We'll return soon for the charcuterie platter and wine at the bar.

DO NOT even think about skipping the charcuterie plate. Absolutely amazing. From the house cured meats to the large grain mustard and the best pate I’ve ever had- it is a MUST order. We did wine tastings before our meal so we had an excellent idea of what we wanted to order with our entrees. The beef was melt in your mouth good. I didn’t need a knife to cut it. The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy. We had the burger which the flavors were spot on. Our only complaint was the meat was a little fry for our liking but we are true medium rare fans and should have specified such. Such an awesome experience we will definitely be back.

Carpaccio starter was amazing, beef was so tender, the wine was beautiful and the ambiance was very nice. Only downside was that there was a very loud party beside us, but the staff told them to keep it down which we appreciated.

Was there for the Sunday brunch with my family. The food was great all around and the wine paired nicely with my meal. My wife and mother-in-law both had mocktails which they loved.

Service was excellent and the environment is well suited to small groups.

Ravine Vineyard Winery is THE Premiere Winery in Niagara, in Ontario, and possibly Canada (IMHO).

There is a fantastic restaurant with farm-to-table values, personable staff, and stylized with a menu that has real intent in the dishes offered.

Their Sunday Brunch menu (went last Sunday, a week after it's first offering) was phenomenal. While there was a somewhat limited number of options listed, each was of the highest calibre; even with options for those with dietary restrictions.

As a member of "Club 262" (Ravine's higher-echelon monthly wine club) I appreciate the little extras in our dining experience, such as complimentary pours of the restaurant's monthly featured wine [for up to 8 people]. Ravine is a special place, so much so that I joined the above-mentioned club - and I do not drink alcohol!

In the busy season, book as far ahead as possible - fills up FAST, as it is a very popular spot; from both the trickle-over from wine tastings/tours and specific restaurant goers.

I highly recommend this restaurant, and try to get out for dinner whenever in the area - even making the trek out from the GTA just to go for dinner!

Thanks for reading!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Ravine Winery. We cannot think of a negative thing to say. We were greeted warmly. The server, Cheryl (who was warm, friendly and informative), explained the menu and the wine pairings. At no time did either of us feel rushed. Our starter (the charcuterie board) and main entree were both amazing. No room left for dessert. Will definitely return to this venue.

We went in for Fabulicious and loved our experience, the restaurant was pretty jumping but we received our mushroom risotto (to die for!) quite quickly! The Sticky toffee pudding hit the spot for dessert! Tried a Cider House Cocktail which included their own housemade cider - tasty!!
