   The service was slow (we were the only people in the restaurant at the time). The dinner menus were given to us at lunchtime. Once we flagged the waitress down, she corrected immediately & then asked us what we would like to order. We had not even looked at the menu at this point as it had just been handed to us. We were served water but were not asked if we would like anything else at this time while we reviewed the menu. My wife had to get up from the table to get the waitress to return to take our order. The food was ok. I barely had any chicken in my sandwich & my wife's salad was served in a deep dish bowl which made it very difficult to cut the meat that was on top of the salad. Overall, our experience was disappointing as compared to previous years.

   It was quiet, but maybe because it was a Monday night so not overly busy. Restaurant looked nice and clean. Michael, our server, was super friendly and accommodating. Fantastic service. Food was great! A little more $$ than the chains you may know, but delicious. We even had dessert which was also yummy! Overall, I’d definitely recommend and would go back.

   Very lovely evening at this location. Live music was fantastic. Service was good considering everyone having staffing issues right now. Food was Fantastic (Lamb). Made for a nice romantic dinner.

   Bar if you want music, dining if you want more quiet. My aunt was the Original owner if Camp Rawley and I missed the old world ambiance. It was well done tho.

   Our first dining experience at Rawleys was for breakfast. We felt for the price , the presentation and lack of flavour , didn’t want us to go again for breakfast . Our Second experience was for lunch . We enjoyed our burger and felt we would take our son and daughter in law to show them what a pretty venue Rawleys is . Unfortunately, our last experience was not up to standards . We had gone again for lunch and were very disappointed. The staff , have always been very pleasant and the venue is absolutely beautiful

   Very disappointed with the lack of vegetarian options. The only meal offered is a very pedestrian pasta dish that was the equivalent of cafeteria food. The dessert however is excellent!

    The resort is nice but the restaurant is average. The food wasn’t tasty and was overpriced, plus the chef wouldn’t make any substitutions even due to dietary restrictions. There was no patio dining permitted for a beautiful sunset evening even a few hours after the rain had finished, they just didn’t want to clean off the patio. Hostess and waitress were nice and profusely apologized for the poor experience created by managers/chef.

    Need more servers, like everywhere else right now. Disappointed that they were out of pickerel but our waitress did excellent service recovery and offered dessert "on the house ". So convenient if you are staying at the resort.

    The saddest part of the dinner was the bottle of Caymus Cab wasted on this meal. The pickerel which the waitress recommended was not seasoned- the blueberry sauce which was the highlight of the dish was meh and too little. The “risotto” on the side was a mushed cheesy rice resembling something you squeeze out of an uncle Ben rice packet microwaved for too long…. The best was confused attempt at an Asian fusion pasta dish with tough pieces of meat with zero flavour- it was an insult to Asian and Italian cuisines alike… you’d think we would ask for the check and run out at this point but no… we ordered dessert- blueberry tart smothered in a yellow lemony sauce with something as sharp as a toothpick in it that cut my gum- they said it’ was an unblended piece of rhubarb- chocolate mousse was palatable and cheesecake just ok… Never again.

    We’ve been coming to Rawley Lodge for many years now. The setting is lovely overlooking the lake and across to Christie’s Mill as well. While the owners and atmosphere have changed over the years, it’s still a lovely spot for a getaway or just dinner.

    We ate outdoors on the patio, a lovely setting. Service was outstanding. Unfortunately the food was not to the standard I have received on previous visits. Overall the resort is great, lovely property and a very relaxed setting.

    Unfortunately I can’t speak for the food. We traveled 37km to enjoy the brunch at 11AM at the resort since it is advertised on the website as well as on open table. Only to learn upon arrival that brunch wasn’t being served after 11AM. To our disappointment we had to leave to find breakfast somewhere else. It would’ve been helpful to have that information beforehand stated in the menus.

    Unfortunately, we did not have a good dinner service. The ambience was beautiful and we were looking forward to our reservation -- but service was not attentive (i.e. did not receive bread, cutlery was cleared and had to track someone down to get more to eat mains, water was not refilled and I think we waited ~20mins for bill and that was after we got up to ask our server for please). The meals were also not executed well and we felt it was very expensive. We all love to eat but all four of us at the table did not finish our mains. Our server did not ask if we wanted anything packed up to go either, so maybe it happens there. We were staying over night and the rest of our stay was great. If meal was successful we would return, but for the cost and what our experience was like we will not be back.

    Arrived , ordered appetizer then main course . The main meals arrived and the appetizer somehow forgotten . I ordered the 14 oz ribeye steak (outrageous price ) med rare . It was blue rare . My wife’s Halibut and shrimp was amazing as well as dessert and cappuccino. We live local and have always supported rawley but I’m not sure a bill for two people at 170 dollars for 2 main courses , one cheese cake , one cappuccino and a bottle of fizzy water is feasible for us . We really love the place

    There were 4 of us for lunch, and there was only 1 other couple in the restaurant. Our appetizers took 1/2 hour to arrive and lunch about 1/2 after that. Out of the 4 of us only 1 meal was o.k. Two of the meals were sent back for being undercooked and when they were re-served, they were practically burnt. Except for the view, very disappointed.

    My wife & I went up for the night & were absolutely blown away by everything. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, our cabin was perfect but the best part was the food. We had dinner & breakfast. We started w/ the cheese spinach dip which was amazing & both had steak. Hands down the beat steak I've ever had. For breakfast I had eggs ben & she had the pemeal sandwich both were out of this world. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was incredible, we can't wait to go back.

    I have been to Rawley many many times over the last 15 years. Alway my favourite spot for family birthdays and celebrations. There have been ups and downs over the years. I definitely feel an upswing now with service, meals, ambiance and entertainment. Had an awesome time in every way last evening. My waiter was very polite and professional. The glazed salmon dinner was perfect!! Shawn Mei, the pianist, was so welcoming. His musical skills, I believe have been formerly described as "like the Billy Joel of the North." Great repertoire and lots of fun! Beautiful setting and beautifully decorated. I will continue to visit as it is my favourite resort in this area. It's just getting better! You won't be disappointed.
