We came here
Went on a quiet night, and I have to say, definitely had the best service in a looooong time. Staff was attentive, friendly and unobtrusive. We'll definitely be back!
Quality of food in terms of price wasn't what I was expecting--had brunch here and found the taste to be mediocre/overcooked. A bit of a ietdown for me as I visited Hawksworth last year and expected reflections to be comparable.
Ambience was nice. Given that there weren't many people at all, I wish my party of three were seated at the couches rather than the high tops. The terrace was far from being a full house.
I would visit again but maybe only for a drink
Nice place. Too bad about the music being ordinary pop. Overall we had a good time and will go back.
It's a unique and beautiful space. It can get a bit too loud. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes just ok. Front entry/host staff always a bit confused.
Came here for lunch. Solid Hotel Georgia quality as usual. Showed the garden patio to a friend visiting from Hong Kong and she was very impressed. It was not too busy at the kitchen so they were able to make us dishes that are only available on the dinner menu, such as the octopus and the fried chicken - what a treat!
Wonderful drinks, food and ambiance! They went above an beyond to make us feel welcomed and special as we were celebrating a family members engagement! A great spot to celebrate any occasion.
Overall a great experience. The portions were small, but the food and drinks were delicious. Servers were friendly. We made reservations weeks in advance but were seated in a high table on high wooden chairs. They were uncomfortable for us and we would've preferred the couches but they were taken.
Great ambience but service lacks and over priced based on food quality and professionalism. Entrees were brought out 15 minutes apart, had to wait another 15 minutes after asking for the check. Wasn’t that busy. Noted a special occasion on reservation and no consideration or mention of “thank you for joining us.” Water glasses remained empty while servers pushed more drinks. The various people bringing food, drinks etc made it impersonal.
Beautiful environment with great service. The food really lets this spot down. It needs to put flavour over pretension and inventiveness. Way too expensive to be mediocre.
Only for drinks.
It’s a gorgeous venue but food is pretty bad and tiny portions for ridiculous prices.
Go to place in the summer , love the setting. I must have been six times over a year and s half and I have never had bad service . Nice presentation of food and tasty . Will be back soon !
Patio is amazing, although I wish they did not cover it when the sun came out.
Great unique patio scene - only one of a few in Vancouver worth taking in for a special occasion or for drinks with small group. Food was limited in scope for lunch but super healthy. Some appetizers were too small to share but there were many options for vegetarian bill of fare
We went for drinks and appetizers. The food, ambience, and the service was great. But the drinks were not good for the price you pay.
Patio is smaller than expected. Food is average for the prices charged, but the atmosphere makes up for it.
The menu on open table is currently not the menu on offer at the restaurant.
Great time and a perfect brunch
For drinks yes, but the lunch menu was dismal and grossly over priced. $15 for 3 tiny slices of tomatoe bread? I will happily pay $20 for a first rate cocktail but that was ridiculous.
Always a lovely time. Expect exceptional service and very well made cocktails. The ambiance and music was fabulous. Food selection and quality is smeh. Edible, but for what you are getting and the price and what the options are, there are much better places in the city. I wouldn’t go to Reflections to eat...go for the service, setting and ambiance as well as the drinks!
Food was good nothing special, view was nice. Servers were great.
For the price that you pay, and they are not very friendly. So I would not recommend based on those. Thanks.
I would say dont expect too much for their watermelon soup😂
Love my first time in Reflections! I fonally got a chance to make a reservation as they always fully booked fast so better plan ahead of time! Our server is very attentive and helpful. Food was great and will definitely come back again :)
I love the Rosewood for after-work cocktails, but this last visit was the second in a row that I came for lunch and had my food take an inordinate amount of time (50 minutes). This second time, the manager took care of the cost of our meal, which was very nice, but I was still disappointed overall because 1) this is the second time in a row that this happened at Reflections, and 2) we were left entirely alone for about 30 minutes, with our server seemingly avoiding us (perhaps because our food wasn't ready?) and not checking in to update us regarding our food or seeing if we needed another drink. We had to finally wave her down. Our server was very sweet but she seemed inexperienced and unsure how to handle the situation. Unfortunately it marred the lunch to some extent, because it is quite irritating to feel completely ignored when your food is already long overdue. I would come back for cocktails but notfor food because I just can't rely on the service.
Lunch was great but the food took very long time.
Was very unimpressed with the menu change - very expensive food for poor value.
Food was fantastic and the outdoor atmosphere with water feature was very pleasant. Overall the staff was friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back.
Reflections is my favorite lounge and by far the best patio in downtown Vancouver.
See You Soon!
Beautiful ambience and delicious food!
The waitress didn’t know about the cocktails. We had to get up and find our waitress to get our bill.
Great restaurant. Amazing atmosphere. We ended getting a round of free drinks which was awesome!
Lovely! Our server Maddison was exceptional!
It's a nice patio in the middle of the city. Definitely a casual atmosphere. Service was excellent. Menu had vegan and gluten free options.
The Rosewood Hotel Georgia is a lovely hotel; what I appreciate the most is how kind everyone is, how everyone greets you. I don't often eat there, so it's hard to give you a good evalution of the food service, but I had an amazing continental breakfast delivered to our room, and really enjoyed Reflections. It was quite amazing.
Service and the venue was the best part ! I love coming to Reflections and will be back very soon!
We had brunch on Sunday. The atmosphere is really good because vancouver rarely have any rooftop dining area. Reflections did a good job on making the rooftop beautiful and garden-like. It would be nice to have live jazz music there!! It’s a great place to chill during sunny days.
Aweome little gem in the heart of the city
Nice set up and drinks were not bad. However, the desserts were very disappointing. Overall the whole place did not live up to the hypes online.
