   Have been here a lot but this last visit wasn’t the best. Both cocktails I ordered weren’t great. And it’s pricey. So for what I got I wasn’t that happy. May try a different place from now on.

   We met a friend who was visiting from out of town. Beautiful setting/patio. Service was good as well as food. Thought the food was a bit overpriced based on what we ordered and portion size.

   Celebrating our daughter’s 16th bday was the reason we wanted to try Reflections. Great experience! Excellent food, ambiance & service “Justin” was amazing!! From parking the car to walking into the gorgeous hotel & elevator ride to the terrace it was all easy. Bday girl was given a complimentary cheesecake with matcha graham cracker crust, with blueberry sauce was sooooo good…Usually anything complementary is subpar but this was an awesome piece of cheesecake !! Lots of great decor & ambience for pictures & posts, we will definitely be back.

   Half food was brought out. When manager was dropping off other parts of our order we was very rude in telling us that it’s not coming. Offered no solutions and pretty much walked away.

   Adam and Justin served my friend and I for her birthday. Although the restaurant was full and they appeared to be the only servers we were never left waiting. The support staff were also excellent in keeping us hydrated and plates cleared. A real pro team. Loved the ambiance and never feeling rushed. Lobster tacos were the food highlight!

   Disappointed by the brunch menu and service. Came here for brunch, and the menu was underwhelming. We ordered the the Reflections Benedict and the Peach French toast, and was extremely disappointed by both items. The menu description for both items do not match what we get in reality. The Reflections Benedict description: crab and shrimp cake, smashed avocado, english muffin, breakfast potatoes. In reality, it was not a crab and shrimp cake, but barely existed pieces of crab and shrimp crumbs, one half inch slice of avocado, and six pieces of quarter cut potatos. This was $27 The Peach French toast description: caramelised peach, mascarpone, compote, mint. In reality, it was literally two slices of canned peaches, one strawberry cut in half, one piece of mint, and a puddle of blueberry compote underneath two diagonally cut pieces of bread. This was $24 For the price and location, I expected a little more effort. The food tasted fine, nothing special or spectacular. The service was fine, not particularly friendly or attentive. If you are looking for a nice terrace, this would be nice for photos and maybe just drinks and small bites. Would not recommend the brunch, as the food was underwhelming, and there are many many other places in Vancouver and in downtown with much better food and service.

    Such a gorgeous setting. Such a 5/10 experience. Mistake with cocktail order. Mains came out with appetizers. Mistake with food order. Foreign object found in one meal. Somewhat smoothed over but the cost of the evening sets a higher expectation than what they delivered. This is why you never see Reflections listed on the top 10 best lists…

    We came here to celebrate getting married the next day and they served my vegan fiancé fried chicken instead of the fried cauliflower. The server said he rang in the wrong item, yikes. Thankfully he is not vegan due to religion or allergies. We understand mistakes happen but their attempt at service recovery was a complimentary drink. For such an “elite establishment” this gesture was laughable.

    We dined at reflections: the garden terrace for my boyfriends birthday yesterday and both the service and food was wonderful! Even with my severe food allergies our server Adam made sure everything went smoothly and chef Sushant made the perfect custom meal for me that was delicious and gave me no problems with my allergies. We will definitely be back again :)

    Went to Reflections on Hotel Georgia for Father's day. Overall ambiance, service and the time spent there was good. The weather was breezy but not too chilly since there were blankets and patio heating. However, it took a long time before we received the food. I think the wait time was about 40minutes to an hour the most. I would probably add a few share menus for a Special Event menu provided for us other than the mains because there were about 3 mains and one shareable for Father's Day. Everyone was happy and enjoyed the experience regardless.

    Hostess was rude and did not smile once as she walked my family and I through tables and squeezing by heaters with our 3 year old even though there are other more accessible ways to our table. While our server seemed to be trying his best to serve us, he seemed to on his first day with zero guidance from management and minimal knowledge of the food menu. We felt bad for him but it really did affect our experience. Father's Day menu had no description of what they were serving. They simply just printed words such as "flat iron steak, father's melt" - it was a guessing game. The pricing for the huevos rancheros was $27 but the portion size was more in line with a small side nachos with one egg. Coffee was cold and when they offered to bring another, it came at the end of the meal (they ended up removing the coffee from the bill) We sat by the water fall feature and whenever there was a gust of wind, water sprayed our entire table and food. This was brought up to our server, he apologized, but nothing was done. The entire brunch and service was lackluster. We were really looking forward to dining at Reflections but the price point really was not in line with the service and food. You know it's a bad experience when your 3 year old tells you on the way home to not bring him back to that restaurant because the water from the fountain kept spraying into his mouth and food....

    Food and drink took forever to come. Could see other tables were agitated. I try to be understanding that something happened to the kitchen but seemed more like the server was nicer and provided explanations to people who were outwardly annoyed than those who were trying to be nice.

    Love the atmosphere. Open outdoor space with covered and open areas. Lots of greenery and lighting. The food was tasty however the portions were on the smaller size. The prices were generally higher here then in a restaurant of this kind. Drinks were super. 13th floor and Rosewood is highly recommended. Reservations recommended.

    Very busy restaurant with minimal staff so had to wait 20-30 minutes for refill of coffee BUT our server Vanessa was lovely , apologized for the delay and was very cheery despite being run off her feet. Big thank you to her!!

    Cocktails were great, ambience was great, food was just mediocre. The flat bread was a little undercooked and underwhelming, the lobster tacos were ok, the octopus was the only standout dish for us. I would expect better for for the price. We've been before and it has been excellent, so perhaps just an off day.

    I've visited twice in June 2022 but I won't be visiting again. 1st visit service was a bit awkward, hard to describe, but almost like a Pub. 2nd visit a couple of weeks later was worse. We were informed we had to leave due to some event taking place. Which explained the setup of loud intrusive sound system testing as we lunched. So, no I highly do not recommend this restaurant.

    The truffle flatbread was stale, the Seafood paella had a sour aftertaste and the clams and shrimp are salty and overcooked, and the octopus is extremely salty.

    Very interesting menu and tasty food, although we didn’t love the vegetable rolls (very dry). Gorgeous ambiance and delicious cocktails. Our server seemed timid and was hard to hear over the music, and he gave us our bill without asking if we wanted coffee/dessert. Would recommend but it’s not a perfect experience.

    We were meeting old friends and catching up. June and our server were very good. The manager also asked us if everything was to our liking. It was a good experience and a nice visit with our friends.

    Had a lovely experience just for drinks and appies with girlfriends. Our service was excellent and would absolutely recommend this spot for a fantastic rooftop experience on any day of the week.

    I dare say this is the best patio in the city. The ambience is pure perfection. The food and service are great. We love coming here to celebrate all of our special occasions.
