The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Taking cues from the cuisines of Barcelona and San Sebastian, we offer traditional tapas items, including Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, meatballs, and Boquerones. Larger dishes from land and sea include Octopus, Cauliflower a la Plancha, and Basque Braised Lamb.
Our beverage program features organic, low-intervention wines from Spain and the West Coast, classic cocktails, and selections from Colorado’s craft brewing community.
**Please note that all requests are not guaranteed. We will accommodate as best we can based on availability, but we cannot make any promises.**

Please join us at 740 Front in Historic Downtown Louisville. Designated historical, 740 is one of Colorado's two oldest remaining saloons; transformed back to its 1904 roots; a traditional American dining saloon with a turn of the century ambiance featuring a magnificent room dominating bar, built in 1880 by the Brunswick Company,. The copper spit trough, once equipped with running water, still exists at the front of the bar. Louisville, notorious for its drinking, gambling, and illegal activities, evidence of the occasional misunderstanding is the .22 caliber bullet hole in the front bar.
The bar offers a selection of craft beers, wines, handcrafted cocktails and an extensive craft bourbon selection.
Dinner Tue. thru Sat. From casual to fine dining.

Carelli's was the winner of the Daily Camera Reader's Choice 2002-2020 award for Best Italian Restaurant and ambiance. It also has won awards from the Denver Post and Boulder Weekly magazines. At The Post Chicken & Beer, we fry up the crispiest, juiciest fried chicken (which just happens to be gluten free) and pair it with award-winning craft brews. At this chicken party, we only serve fresh, all-natural chicken that we brine for hours, dip in buttermilk, and dunk in seasoned gluten-free flour. Our pressure fryers keep our birds nice and juicy with a crispy crust, even late at night when you’re sneaking leftovers out of the fridge with the door open (we won’t tell). And we don't stop at just chicken, our menu also includes farm-fresh sides, salads, sandwiches, and scratch-made desserts.
For curbside pick-up give us a call or order online. It is easy-peasy!
