But as it was such good quality beef it didn’t matter - it was very tender and tasty. Puddings were disappointing - not really as described. Winter fruit crumble was just plums that were undercooked. Espresso creme anglaise didn’t taste of coffee ne the cherries in the bread and butter pudding were glacé ones - yuk.
