Hanale is a quaint restaurant and sake lounge, created by the folks at Islander Sake Brewery. Located in Honolulu's Chinatown district, which is a great place to go to have a drink or bite to eat. We invite you to taste the sake we brew, paired together with "Ate" (あて, ah-teh), which in Japanese language is a word that translates to small dishes of tasty food meant to accompany your drink 🍶. Our dining courses are designed to maximize the tasting experience of sake, by selecting ‘ate’ that highlights subtle characteristics through fun and delicious flavor combinations.
6pm-10pm, we host a Sake & Sushi Omakase course.

""We are specialized in Omakase, and we have Lunch and Dinner Omakase Course."" Dinner Omakase will be $ 245 and 18 dishes plus dessert, and Lunch Omakase will be $175 and 15 dishes plus dessert.
We have 3 Omakase seatings daily... 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Any allergies will need to be noted prior to the reservation date, so a special menu can be prepared. (We cannot accommodate the guest with all shellfish allergy, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten intolerance, or if you do not like uni)
Diners must cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance or will be subject to $75 fee, or $100 if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not show up, the fee will be full price of the course.

Omakase by Aung provides single 15 courses menu to all customers for both Lunch and Dinner Service.

    Our service was excellent. Our server (female) was so awesome and attentive. Very accommodating. Food was so fresh & delicious! Definitely coming back. Only complaint was it was way too loud. You couldn’t hold a conversation with others at your table if you sat inside. Fortunately we sat on an amazing oceanfront table in the corner that was perfect!

    This is one of he high class restaurants in Honolulu be prepared to enjoy everything you order, the chef takes his ho very serious.. you get a lot of food on your plate so don’t over do it.. I could not eat all of it.. it’s a STEAK restaurant but have so many other options. It’s pricey but worth every penny. I love the scenery of this place as well it’s on be 4th floor so you get to see he city and the Ocean. You will definitely enjoy this experience. I would recommend happy hour, if your budget is tight.
