The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch is a student-operated restaurant, serving both lunch and dinner. The restaurant is part of the Hospitality Management curriculum at The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona. In the restaurant, students rotate weekly through various positions, including management, in order to learn all aspects of a hospitality operation. Some of the finest professionals in the industry facilitate student learning.

Soup of tha day, season salad, grilled salmon and trimasu! Excellent. These selections will get 5 stars. No wine even beer?!. If you start serving wine and improve the service a little bit it will be a 5 star restaurant. Prices were very very nice!

Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Servers were very nice and tried their best. It took a while to get seated even though we had reservations and it was pretty empty. It also took a while to get a glass of wine but otherwise all good!

I enjoy this joint, it’s the right amount of collagen knowledge and culinary/winery expertise. The student/staff are all always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable of not only the restaurants business but of the school in general as well, and knowing those minuet details those make a difference, “trust me”!

One of our friends' salmon dish was under-cooked. Since no one came to our table to check, I had to look for someone to help address the issue. The overall experience was still lovely. My risotto with added chicken was phenomenal. So was my coconut sorbet with passion fruit dressing.

As always, outstanding service! Sadly, you were out of seared salmon that evening. This isn’t the first time an entree has ran out…maybe stock up?
