   Food was great. Our first time back since the fire. The staff was so attentive and nothing surpasses the beautiful view. A true Louisiana atmosphere.

   The moment we entered we were greeted and had no wait before being seated and placing our order. The wait staff was extremely accommodating. Every dish was superb and the turtle soup is hands down the best I have ever eaten! A thoroughly relaxing and truly enjoyable experience, especially for a busy holiday!

    The restaurant was fully staffed and all foods came out at the perfect time. The price for a 5 course meal was excellent; definitely left stuffed with food to go. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. We were seated as soon as we walked in.

    Everything was very good as usual. Just as good as it was before closing due to the fire. Our waitress was awesome and of course we had a visit from the alligator. My grandson was very impressed with seeing him right from our table.

    Went for a birthday celebration and had a fantastic meal and drinks. The staff were very friendly, food was fantastic as usual, and arrived to the table very timely. Will be making many return trips when we are in town. So happy this restaurant survived the pandemic, the hurricane, and the fire!! Congrats! It helps to have a good reputation when tough times surround us!

    Wonderful dinner! The view was amazing and we even saw alligators sun bathing. The food was delicious and the service was so friendly. The alligator mushrooms are a must try. We will defiantly be back.

    We had Sunday brunch again and the food and service was just as good as it was the last time we went. We sat by the window and we observed an alligator 🐊 the entire time we were there. This just added to the already pleasant experience. We really enjoy this restaurant. I’ve been telling all my friends and family about them.     Everyone was extremely friendly. The Easter Brunch was great! So much great food for the price. The ambiance was outstanding. My wife and I will be going back for our anniversary later this month. I highly recommend this fabulous restaurant.

    I had family in town for my birthday and had picked this restaurant about a month before. It was superb! Great atmosphere, food was fantastic, and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Loved being able to spend time with my family in such a great spot with beautiful views at sunset on the Bayou. Kudos!

    First, I made a reservation days before and when we got there they couldn’t find it. Tried telling me I didn’t have one when I clearly pulled it up and showed them my email. We then waited for a table. They were out of white wine, out of certain beers, out of a mixer for a cocktail on their menu. The service was average. We were disappointed and looking forward to them reopening.

    Had to send back the filet twice because they couldn’t figure out how to cook it well done. They took it of the check. Server was over worked and hard to find. Restaurant was too cold and more than one table complained and asked to make it warmer. I know they’re still getting the kinks worked after the reopening, but overall score is a two. I hope they get it right and do it soon. Very disappointing. Thanks!

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday, we were very happy with just about everything. When our main corse came, my husband’s was late due to a mix up in the kitchen. He had ordered a half & half seafood plate and when it finally came, it was wrong, so he had to wait even longer. We understand during the first few weeks of opening you have to work all the kinks out. So we will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

    Reservation noted as a birthday and hostess noted upon greeting, not celebrated or noted at table. Hostess welcoming. Helping serve tables. Seated fairly timely. Server, seamed nervous, unexperienced, overwhelmed but nice. Never got ice on drink refills. Had to ask for water. Had to ask for bread. For cost, service was not up to par. We tried to come back after being closed but not what we expected experience should have been.

    They’re back!!! Everything was wonderful. We were seated by the windows and it was cold but e staff adjusted the temp and all was well. The food was as good as it used to be. So glad they’re back in business.
