   Awesome hotel with guess what a fine dining restaurant/bar 44 stories up with a great view of the CN Tower and part of the downtown core. Food is rather California style. I had oysters which were ok, salmon tartar which was excellent along with Korean cauliflower which was excellent. Some decent wines and they were not surprised when I asked for an Aperol spritz.

   My first time at KOST. When we walked in we were all wowwed by the spectacular patio and view, the cooking area was almost as impressive. Service was quick to our table and as it was 29C and sunny they had an umbrella up for us in 45 seconds or so. Appetizer's were excellent (calamari, tuna tartar, oysters and cauliflower) Drinks and wine were refreshed quickly and the sparkling water was nice. The food was excellent with all four raving about the their meals. Desert was just as good. I was here with 3 business people from Italy and we have been out 4 nights straight. The ambience and fun was a higher level at KOST than at the other great places we visited.

   Poor slow service. Our meals came 10 minutes apart from each other! We didn’t have anyone check on us. For somewhere so expensive, this was poor value for money!

   Came for my bachelorette and loved it! The view was really nice on the patio with the view of the CN Tower and the mini pool. Service was great. Our waiter was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions. Would definitely come back!

   This is a popular (for good reason) instagrammable, photo op in Toronto. You get nearly 360 views of the city skyline and more importantly of CN tower. The decor is gorgeous and ambiance is great if you're looking for an energetic (loud but good music), fancy place to get brunch. I would only really come here for the photos and vibe. I was disappointed by the food and service. Off the bat, the hostess was rude and unwelcoming. When she sat us down it was beating sun on the outdoor table with an umbrella nearby. I asked if the umbrella could be moved closer to our table, in which she paused and responded blankly "sit down first." I was put off by this, and better yet, she never moved it. We had to ask our server to do it. I was let down by the food. It looks good, but our pancakes were dry and my breakfast burrito lacked flavor. I felt like I needed to add salt or sauce to make it taste better - for the price, it should be good on its own. The service took forever, and it was a hot day and the lack of water refills was killer for our experience. Our server was nice but not very attentive. Overall, I would recommend coming here for pictures and maybe getting a coffee or cocktail, but I would pass on the food. The crowd is very pretentious, you come here dressed fancy and everyone is taking pictures. People aren't warm, they're there for their pictures and their own agenda. I prefer places that are more inviting and have a more local feel.

    Great atmosphere! Fun experience. Could use a pressure washer to clean the floors and windows and umbrellas but it’s a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

    The food was amazing. The service was pretty bad. Our server seemed to be having a horrible day, she took the orders with attitude and basically looked troubled when spoken to. She made us all feel very uncomfortable. Also through out dinner she never came to see if we needed anything else. A suggestion, the tea bay should not be placed in the hot water when served, the blueberry tea was the most bitter tea I have ever had and it sort of ruined the whole experience since it was the last thing we ordered. When I brought it up to our server’s attention, instead of offering to bring hot water separately, she just started at me and then walked away.

    I went to KOST yesterday for my 19th birthday and It was such a lovely experience. The waiter Cass is so sweet, she went out of her way to make sure I was having a great time. The food and drinks were so good and the vibes at night were so much fun. I will definitely go back here.

    Kost is a very nice place with a great vibe. The view of the City is beautiful. However, it was freezing cold. The doors to the outside should not have been opened if there was no source of heat to at least keep patrons comfortable. Our food was disappointing. The pancakes were very dry and lacked flavour. My husbands omelette and potatoes were both burnt.

    The food was great, our waiter was great too and the people around us were really nice, social. The ambience was great. Only improvement I’d suggest. The lead hostess at the time we arrived was asked about our desire to sit outside under a shade and with us in front of her, she replied with stress in her voice and felt rude, since also she didn’t address us, it was a hectic morning, but regardless, I’d suggest minding these little details in the service.
