I was very impressed with everything! I am vegan and their vegetable sushi roll was soooo good! Their grilled vegetables were SO GOOD too! We couldn’t stop ordering.

We love a Japanese tapas style (Izakaya) of the restaurant. We were there as a family and it was easy for our kids to pick what they like as well as us. We all enjoyed their yummy foods. We will be back!

The chef and staff at Bar Bincho are so incredibly kind and welcoming that we feel excited to arrive each time we go. The food is authentic, the fish is fresh, and they really know their sake. It is unpretentious and friendly and I can’t wait to go back. It is always a great experience!

Every time I have been to Bincho Izakaya the experience has been incredible. From the sushi and sashimi to the skewers to the chicken chips and salads, all have been delicious, many are good value and some are presented beautifully. Service has been consistently warm, friendly and speedy. Next time you’re craving sushi or izakaya or just want to grab a drink with a friend, this is the spot.

Such a shame so much of our order was drenched in oil and completely void of eating. It was nerely perfect otherwise. Sushi fabulous, gyoza great, slaw amazing. Drinks and service could not fault. Just the grilled items and "bowl "

Food is excellent. Sake mussels are a must have and both the honey and Korean wings. The skewers are also excellent. Cocktails are creative and tasty. Service though is slow. There are only 2 servers for a full restaurant.

Came here for our wedding anniversary. We had a fabulous time! From the moment we were greeted at the door to our very last bite; it was fantastic. The ambiance was super chill, and I felt at ease to take my time with the meal. Excellent selection of skewers which were all equally delicious. Make sure to check out any of the specials they have, well worth you tummy room. The cocktails and spirits were right up my alley. Would gladly come again with some friends or another special gathering :) P.S. The staff were the absolute best!

Happy hour chicken skin for $3 good deal. The rest was ok. We had the chicken heart and gizzards. The gizzards was kind of dry/chewy. Scallops were delicious with the garlic on top. Short ribs and chicken skewer was average. Can get expensive if you want to eat till you're full. Average price between $3-5 per skewer

Had a great time here. The interior was cool and the food selection was really good. Loved the bacon wrapped mochi and beef short ribs skewers. Good drink selection. We were surprised that they weren’t too busy - they should be, because the food and vibe was right on. A new playlist would help. We would definitely come back. Hope this place picks up. You guys should dine here and support this restaurant. Happy hour starts at 9pm :)

Once was enough. Food was inconsistent. One dish delicious the next slicked in fat. Mixed drinks were not great. Decent saki. Good service but lots of dirty tables and dishes.

We had a great girls night here! Our server was so fun and accompanying. I would definitely recommend the bacon wrapped mochi and short ribs! Great fun spot for dinner with friends!

The food and drinks at Bar Bincho were soooo good! The grilled kushiyaki skewers especially. I have been searching for a place like this since I went to Japan a few years ago and fell in love with the yakitori restaurant concept! My only comment would be that the food came out slowly. We would have ordered a lot more, but we spent a lot of time waiting and left with a bit of an appetite. It was Saturday night, and there were only 4 other tables in the place, so I was surprised at the length of time it took to get food. We placed several orders through the night, as is customary in this type of restaurant, but the length of waiting was more suitable to a traditional North American serving style where you place a single order with the server and your food comes out in stages. Our server was great and did everything he could to keep us happy. I think maybe there just weren’t enough staff in the restaurant for the number of tables. I really enjoyed the charcoal grilled flavor of the meat and will definitely be back! Drinks were great as well!

I've been to bar bincho a couple times now and have tried nearly the entire food menu. There was nothing we didn't like. The skewers are cooked perfectly. Great place to share as you can order a ton of small plates. In a huge fan of their oysters! The desserts were amazing we had the whiskey chocolate ice cream and real grape. For three people the cost was $150 and we were truly stuffed so in my opinion very affordable for delicious food. The decor is really cute and modern, next time going to be sure to get a photo with their cute neon light inside ! Also have a great sake selection again with really reasonable prices. Really recommend you give this place a chance.

I went in with high expectations, only to be disappointed and I don’t think I will be going back or recommending this place to others. The food wasn’t the tastiest. Would have been good if they at least offered some condiments and sauces. The pasta we ordered was oily and the mushrooms tasted stale. What’s even worse was that our server forgot our second order and we wasted half an hour for nothing. He didn’t even bother to apologize. If you are looking for a good Japanese restaurant for skewers, I recommend Ke Charcoal and Gorilla Whale. Oh and by the way, I got a “no-show” message from OpenTable saying I didn’t honor my reservation at Bar Bincho!

This place is amazing, and I hope during it’s grand opening it’ll do just as well! My husband and I each had a couple drinks (mine was sake, his was Asahi) and a variety of snacks and food. The honey butter wings are to die for, and the gizzards, duck, and bacon mochi are delicious. We left full and happy!
