    Nice ambiance, but food was nothing special. Steaks were well cooked but lacking flavour. For an upscale dining establishment I would’ve expected accompaniments to be included with the main dish. Chocolate espresso cake was fantastic though.

    I am a regular customer who comes to Ruth because of the quality food especially the tomahawk steak. Last night we order the steak asked to be medium but was served medium well. We notified the manager and he did absolutely nothing about it. All he said was I can re-cook it for you . Never in life have I had a manager be so inconsiderate. How would you cook a steak that’s medium well to medium and on top of that it was the last tomahawk. We paid over 500 just to be served with no respect. My mothers birthday dinner was ruined. Definitely will be going to a different location.

    The quality of the steaks was wonderful. They were cooked exactly as both of us had requested. We shared a Caesar's salad which was tastefully dressed and nicely presented. The sides were excellent, mushrooms the very best. Service exceptional. Look forward to the next time around.

    Steaks were delicious! They were still sizzling when they brought them to the table. Service was impeccable, plates were cleared right away, staff was very attentive. Noise level was perfect.

    Both the food and service was great! Our waiter, Paul H. was very accommodating and attentive. I shared a bone-in ribeye with my friend who is lactose intolerant. Paul made sure to inform the chefs to make substitutions for any butter or dairy in all of our dishes. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet. All in all, we had a wonderful experience.

    Bill, our server, was experienced, attentive, friendly, honest and down to earth. Sarah, the manager, remembered us and gave personal service during her delivery of our salad and again to checkup on us at the start of our entree. My record of attendance and experiences are etched in their computer data which is a bonus to us as twice a year patrons. Ruth's Chris can correct me if I am wrong, but their prices appeared to have increased a loonie or two since our last visit in October 2022. To be fair, so has everything else in the Greater Toronto Area. The 4 rolls of bread was served and kept warm under a thick quality cloth. The whipped butter was easy to spread. The Harvest Salad was tasty with a balance of large pecans and cranberries. My thick New York strip was cooked to a correct medium rare. My spouse informed that her similar steak was slightly overcooked and the meat did not taste as fresh. We both noticed that our steaks arrived not as sizzling and the signature buttery taste was lacking. My spouse mentioned the lack of buttery flavour to Bill who quickly brought her a small container of liquified warm butter to pour on top of the steak which made a significant difference. Perhaps the chef either forgot to apply the butter or applied too little. A new inconsistency Ruth's Chris needs to investigate. One star removed due to the lack of the buttery taste we have been accustomed to over the last 25 years. Bill informed that the points card was no longer offered to recent patrons, but existing card holder's points will still be honoured for the final time and the card will then be kept by Ruth's Chris. The reason for the end of the points card was the restaurant was losing money. I will redeem my card on our next visit this year. It's a tough economy. We understand and feel for Ruth's Chris. Ruth's Chris has been our favourite steak house restaurant and we will continue to support them because of their customer care.

    Service was excellent. Food was great. I ordered off the Ruth's Classic menu. I ordered surf and turf, which comes with the caesar salad, which is top of the chart! The petite filet & lobster tail were yummy. The creame brûlée is to die for! Will definitely go back.

    My daughter and I shared our food and to my surprise our food was split into 2 orders. soup in 2 bowls and salad on 2 plates. the steak was brought to us on a plate sliced for us to help ourselves. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. This was our fist time to Ruth Chris and will certainly not be our last.

    Best experience I have at restaurant. My friend feedback that the dessert too sweeter to enjoy.Then they waived from the bill. Not about the bill, it’s about they care customer experience really. Would come back definitely.

    Food was very disappointing. Maybe it was a bad night but for the price you pay you expect a wow experience every time. My steak was a hockey pack.

    We had Ruth's classic. Bread tasted good. Lobster bisque was a little bit salty. Steak and shrimp were excellent. Dessert was good as well. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed the food there very much.

    Service was great! Only thing was the side that we ordered were over cooked. But their customers service was amazing, the general manager came to speak to us right away and apologize for the food quality. He offered to remove it off our bill and gave us a free dessert.

    The restaurant was empty when we arrived and they sat us in a hallway. The server was very slow and did not offer to explain anything. Food was basic steakhouse fare, not close to being worth what we were charged.

    Our server(Phil/Paul?)was very polite, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and as expected. Porterhouse for two is what my wife and I usually get. Has the best meat of both worlds. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to experience a nice steak dinner.
