We had dinner for 2 on the patio. Beautiful evening. We had a table of noisy girls seated right next to us, they were having a wonderful time, but we couldn't hear our own conversation. Our server noticed and offered to move us to another table away from the chatter, which we did. No complaints about the meal, service, or ambience. We've dined here many times before and will definitely go back.

Wow what a terrible place. We waited almost 45 minutes just to get a drink. The server was terrible and didn’t care about us one bit. All she cared about was taking care of a big table next to us. The food took another half hour and it was terrible. Very salty and undercooked. By far the worst restaurant we’ve ever been to. Shame on you parlour. PS the still charged us the full bill!

You received your drinks well within 10 minutes, and while longer than usual, it certainly wasn't 45 minutes. Our team cares very much about our guests, something that we actively look for when hiring. But our team is human and tend not to respond well to rudeness. You ordered a "well done" pizza "extra saucy". Trying to cook a moist pizza to "well done" is a difficult task but we tried and it wasn't good enough for you.

Excellent evening at The Parlour. Our friends need a gluten free menu, and not only were there lots of choices, all of the food was fast, hot and tasty! A great spot for dinner, we love the wood fired pizza!

My Old fashioned I ordered came twice wrong. Ice and no cherry. Disappointing. Our server did not do much to make sure it was right as second time she brought it, it was still wrong. I drank it and vowed never to order it there again. Food was excellent. Mike 780-718-4055

We enjoyed the Parlour on Apr 30th but had hoped to be on patio . The patio was opening the next day. We will return to the patio, so we can take our dog.

Ray, the Bar Manager, was our server. He was friendly, informative and engaging. Seafood Linguini, Mussels, Tiramisu and Avocado Marinara were all delicious. Selection of beer was fabulous too. Definitely a place to go for a date or with friends.

It was just my husband and I, we ordered 3 different drinks, all absolutely delicious, calamari and cheese bread to start, both delicious, then we shared a pizza, Also very good. Finished with tiramisu cake and affogato Amazing!!!!! Service was great! Will 100% go again cannot wait!

Our group of 7 visited on a Sunday night. All of our meals were great - pasta and pizza. Maybe the only comment is that we were sat at two smaller round tables that were put together for our larger group. It was kind of awkward. Otherwise everything was fabulous! Highly recommend!

6:15 reservation time. Didn’t get our order in from server until 6:50. Meal finally came at 7:50. We needed to leave by 7:30. A little frustrated !

Staff and atmosphere were excellent. We ordered 2 meals, pizza was excellent, however my Baller sandwich had the bun so hard I couldn't even make a dent in it. They took it off my bill but I won't order that again

Came in before an Oilers game, everyone was wonderful. Food was excellent - pizza (The god father)👍 appies were great. Service was awesome. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The pizza is cooked in a wood fired oven which and the crust is pretty good. Haven't tried to many of the items on the menu but the pizzas are definitely the reason people come here. Had our Christmas part here and came back after for a birthday

We had a birthday with 8, but one dropped out last second, they did not mind. The atmosphere was awesome and was not super loud at all. Service and food was AMAZING, I highly recommend the mushroom Ravioli and Gelato, as well the Baller was fantastic. Probably the coolest thing is the wood fired pizza stove, makes it smell like a cabin in the woods, which is cool. Highly recommend for a night out, prob not great for kids, buy def saw a 14ish year old there loving the food.

A family outing. Staff was friendly. We really liked the decor and feel of the restaurant. The menu concept was good, food was underwhelming for flavour but cooked well. Large portions left us full for the evening

Visited the Parlour for my 39th birthday and was very happy with the evening. My wife and I arrived early and were offered a seat at the bar while we waited. I had a very nice blood orange cocktail and my with had a coffee. We shared the arancini which was great, we especially enjoyed the pesto aoli. The bar staff was fantastic and friendly. When we where seated our server Rae was very friendly and accommodating. For the main course I had the massive Lasagna which was very tasty with a nice slight spice, my wife had the short rib which she said was delicious and our friends had the seafood linguini and the chicken parmigiano and we all cleaned our plates. For dessert I enjoyed the tiramisu. Overall a great experience.

It was our first time going! And we will definitely come back. One of the best food/dining I’ve had. Easily accessible, good parking and very good service, not one but all of the servers were very welcoming and the food was sooo good! Will be coming back, thank you!
