    30天的乾式熟成已經可以充分地做為乾式熟成牛排的標準，特別適合不曾體驗過乾式熟成牛排風味的食客，可惜現場環境氛圍普通音樂稍嫌吵雜，花椰菜整體偏鹹。

    熟成牛排很好吃，對的起價格，令味蕾十分驚艷，大叔我今年40歲，美福是我吃過最好吃的牛排。莎拉吧歲菜色不多，但都很好吃。甜點也很驚艷。下次有機會還要再去品嚐！

    紐約客牛排三分熟，熟度適宜，不用加任何佐料就相當潤滑入口。 沙拉吧種類精緻，品項雖不多，但每一樣都是精挑細選，質量優，吃巧也能吃飽。

    Great place to enjoy dry-aged and also our first time, the seafood was also on point. However a little bit pricier than we expected compared to other high-end restaurants. Still worth a visit.

    食物和環境都不錯，祇是地點剩為偏遠一點，食物質素可以加分，祇是凳腳和地板磨刷的聲浪太大，自己覺得不好意思，加些防聲貼比較軏理想。
