Pleasant atmosphere, good service. Food and wine were good afternoon one faulty glass was returned. This was a great experience with iconic views by night. Do it.

Amazing waiter with a great knowledge of wine as well as honest opinions about what/ what not to order based on our tastes. One order has a mistake that was quickly corrected in a very professional manner

As expected, 360 Restaurant did not disappoint. Food and drinks were excellent. Very reasonably priced for the view and quality of food. Would highly recommend.

This is a nice place for an anniversary. It is on the expensive side, expect at least 100 per person. The tables are close by to each other so it might lose some of the ambience. Overall service was great, our waitress Julie came by often to check on us and provided chitchat as well and took our picture at the end of the evening. Food was great, we had the 3 choice Prix Fixe, just enough food from bread, app, main and dessert. My medium rare steak was cooked thoroughly as medium rare with no burns / searing. The rotating view is interesting, complete revolution is just about 65 mins or so. We went twice around. Once meal is done, walk down to the observation deck for view and walk outside.

Great views obviously but we were disappointed with the service; the waiter was good but his helper was disastrous - did not set our table right, poured sauce on other customers behind us, and was very noisy when clearing or setting tables around us, which impacted our experience as we literally had to stop talking until he has finished. He always seemed in a rush which gave the impression of a badly organized service altogether - not quite the relaxing experience we were looking forward on a birthday occasion. The food is reasonable (we loved our starter), even if a bit pricey, but you can accept that for the location AND if the service is right too.
I would not recommend it as a result and hope they pay attention to these details too.

Was seating fairly quickly, but the table was pretty dirty, we were seated in the middle row right ajacent to a window seat, I asked to be moved to that table and was told there would be a 45 minute wait, depite the fact that no one was seated there until we were nearly done our meal, and at the time of booking the reservation I was not given the option to reserve a specific location. The food was okay, but definitely not nearly worth the money, so unless you’re actually at a window seat its of pretty poor value. Honestly couldn’t recommend it, just go up for the veiwing platform and get your dinner somewhere else.

The service was terrible I didn't enjoy my time. The waiter was very impatient and rude because my parents couldn't speak English. The food was expensive and not worth the value. I had one of the worse steaks I've ever had. The view was the only part of the experience that was enjoyable.

The food was very good but not great .service excllent and the view cannot be beat .they go out of there way to go the extra mile for you .our server Jeff knew when to approach us an when to back away . The value for money is not quite there but if you are going to the look out on the cn tower any way then it is a decent value . You come for the view and service . The seating is very tight but you still dont feel closed in due to the massive windows and the view

Poor customer service from the establishment. I made a reservation ahead of time and stated it was for my husbands birthday. I was looking for a romantic experience...especially after reading the menu and knowing I was going to be spending at least $400 for dinner. We arrived 1 hr prior to our seating and when it was time to be seated we got a table in the middle of the walk way (between the window seats and the tiered larger seating tables). When I asked how they chose who got the window seats, the hostess stated it was first come first serve. I explained to her that we made a reservation and arrived an hour prior to our reservation and she had no explanation. We sat in our seat and asked the waiter to explain further and he stated they make people wait 45 minutes extra after they arrive to get the window seat...none of which makes sense?? Our waiter also stated that he agreed, it is a terrible seat and said he would personally leave if it was him. The meal wasn’t bad but for the price, it totally wasn’t worth it for the experience. You could get a better meal and experience at Ruth Chris Steak House or other place for the same price or cheaper. Don’t go expecting to get the “view” experience or romance.

The service is extremely slow (I waited for half an hour to place my order and 15 minutes to get my bill). The food is just okay and the complimentary bread is awful (nothing like the fancy food pictures posted on Instagram). I will not recommend the restaurant to any friend or visit again.

We found out our server Charged extra $20 after we left the restaurant, we called them back and they said they are busy and never get back to us. The portion of lamp shoulder very small, it should be appetizer not main course, not enough for a lady. The environment is very good, we will go there again but will check our bill very careful next time.

Very beautiful view, but just wish there were more options in the menu, or warm seafood. Expected to eat mussels or lobster bisque but they only serve cold seafood.

While the view (once the clouds moved...nobody’s fault) and service were wonderful the price did not reflect the quality overall. The Caesar salad did taste like someone had handled fish before putting it together and it was sub par for taste. The prime rib while generous in size lacked flavour and could have used a nice au jus or gravy. The ice cream was nice but it’s just like any other ice cream and the cookies tasted like dollar store cookies. Just not the quality expected.

Prices are high if you choose to dine a la cart. If you want a window seat you better ask prior to sitting at the table they give you otherwise you have to leave then get back on the list for your request.

We had the 3 course menu. The steak was the badest steak I‘ve ever had. I took 2 bites and finished eating. In such a great atmosphere I expect better dishes. The waiter saw the steak, that we didn‘t eat and just asked if we want to take it home. We denied. We expected more questions like: „You didn‘t like the meal?“ or „Can we bring you something else?“. That was the reason we didn‘t take the dessert, just paid and quitted the restaurant. I‘m very sorry, but I hope you improve the dinner and the service. Until then I‘m not going to recommend this restaurant.

What a fantastic experience. We went for lunch which was superb, choosing the 2 course fixed price. You get access to everything other than the sky pod (but you are high enough!) and have plenty of time to admire the view compared to walking around the 2 viewing decks. Superb food as well!
