    We enjoyed the restaurant. Had really friendly server,(s) Sou and Brianna. We had friends with us who own a Pizzeria in Osoyoos. They determined that your Margherita Verde was not too shabby. High praise from someone who has the best Pizzeria in the Okanagan Valley... But you drink prices are way too high, $22.00 for a glass of Wine, Way to much. 4 people each have a glass of wine, that's $100.00 with tax excluding the tip!!!!!. More than the cost of the food...

I will take your concerns to our HO, yet I do know for the product and wine we are supplying and size (i assume 9 oz) we are middle of the category among other locations of our comparable concept.     Awful food. Was saggy and undercooked. Set it back and the next item was just as bad. Ordered the Sweet chilli chicken first. Temp on the deep fryer was clearly not hot enough. Second was lettuce wraps. Tasted like it was pre made sitting in a bucket. Was sloppy as if it should have gone over rice. Will not go back or recommend it. Service was inexperienced (no fault to them, just need more training and confidence) management was good though.

    Our server is a veteran who is fantastic! She was training a new employee and did a great job! Unfortunately the steak special I ordered as medium rare was medium, leaning towards well done!

    The restaurant was busy, and in the hour and a half that we waited for food, the server checked on us once. The "high seating" was a corner booth, in the farthest location in the back. We were there for a birthday celebration with out of town company, and couldn't even enjoy the visit. We also had to pay 10.00 for parking. The food was not as described.

    We had the full rack of ribs and they were outstanding! Food arrived hot, large portion and very tasty. Our waitress was excellent, attentive and very personable. The atmosphere was alive and fun! We would recommend the Match in Penticton all the time!

    Match Eatery was a pleasant find in Penticton. Tied in with a casino it offered decent food at a very good value price. They were offering a turkey dinner special leading up to Canadian Thanksgiving so we decided to give it a try. The portion was large and we were pleased that the meat was carved off a whole turkey not machine sliced from a packaged turkey breast. The vegetables (Carrots and Brussels Sprouts) were fresh and cooked perfectly as was the mashed potatoes and gravy. They included a small side of whole cranberry relish that was excellent. The only disappointment was the stuffing which was dry and not particularly visually appealing. It would have been better if they provided a small side of gravy that could be used to moisten the stuffing. Oops, I am wrong, that wasn't the only disappointment - No Pumpkin Pie for desert!! The service was good and our server was very pleasant. I would definitely eat here again.

    The portions are smaller now, but still they are a pretty good deal. Even though it wasn’t busy the server just dropped the bottle of wine on the table without opening it and serving it. This has never happened at the this restaurant before, as we go there quite a lot. The manager came around and asked us how the meal was etc. which is the norm at this place.

    Our server was great! Efficient, friendly with a great sense of humour. The ravioli appy was very delicious. All 3 of us were very pleased with the taste and portion size of our main dishes. Happy hour prices for drinks and appetizers was great. I plan to dine here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

    While we enjoyed our dinner at Match—first time there—it was extremely loud with a bingo-music trivia game going on. It made it hard to visit with our guests from Europe.

    Exceedingly bad service with long wait times for drinks and continued follow up and evident management are not training their staff as it wasn’t busy: Food was liuke warm and tasteless (spaghetti) and even with 2 for 1 appies zero value provided: will never go back

    Food was fast. Drink was slow. We got our food before our drink. Food was pretty good. Service was good but slow. They were pretty busy so maybe on a slow day service would be faster.

    Reserved a table on the rooftop patio. When we arrived they sat us inside as they said the rooftop patio was not open as they did not have enough staff. No prior notification to let us know the rooftop patio was not open. Would have been nice to know as we would have preferred to eat outside. Otherwise the food was good and our server, Lisa, was great.

    They need better sound absorption the noise level was terrible so bad we could hard carry on a normal conversation. So for that reason this was probably our last time at Matches which is to bad as we are season ticket holders to the Vees.

    Had a reservation for a group of nine people. Four of our group didn’t get their meal until the other five of us almost finished ours and three of them ordered salads! Meals were sub par maybe because the kitchen was busy? Server very apologetic and the late meals were compped.

    Realized later that my Cajun Seafood spaghettini never came with the ahi tuna on it. It was mixed in. Like tuna salad mixed in. That’s why the sauce was weird. Lol too busy gabbing to notice. Will be back. But just thought that was random. Maybe visual pictures to help chefs would help.

    Our server was terrible. We felt ignored the whole night. No drinks were refilled until we flagged her down for service. Nigel did more to serve our table then the server did. We are in every Tuesday and I have to say tonight was the worst service we have ever had there.

    Italian dish which was supposed to have chicken had 1 piece and a few artichokes. Miss the beet salad and Brussels sprouts. The value is getting worse in comparison to other restaurants. Staff is always friendly.

    We were disappointed with the service. Took over 10 mins to even be spoken to after being seated. The waitress was frazzled and was not sure what was going on in her section. The food was late and cold. We tried to coat by the restaurant the day after the experience and yet no response. Unacceptable

    The host Violet needs some serious help on customer service. 2 adults 3 kids and had a reservation but she dropped 5 adult menus off at a table with 4 chairs and ran away before i could even say anything. Had to go chase her down to get an extra chair, that she placed in the middle of the busy aisle and said “this is our only table” as a big booth was open right behind us. Had to go ask the bartender for a kids menu. Food was good and service from our server was great, however the experience at the start set the tone.

    Everything was great. When I booked the app asked if there was a special occasion and as we were going there for my birthday I did put birthday. But nothing was made of it by the server. But that's OK. We went and gambled later,won $20 and came back for desert . All good

    Unfortunately our dinner at Match was not enjoyable. The restaurant is looking quite rundown with very worn out upholstery on the booth seats and my shoes kept sticking to the floor under our table. Our food wasn’t nearly as good as the last time I ate there: the fries appeared to be reheated and were the dregs of the package, but the fish in my burger was quite greasy, and the goddess side salad was wilted and saturated with dressing. We were not impressed at all.
