We were so impressed with professional mannerism of all the staff from when we arrived, served and departed. We had ever been to this restaraunt and it was recommended by a friend. It was my birthday and everyone treated me so well . My husband and I would definitely come again.
It's been a fixture in Vancouver for many years and with good reason. Fantastic food, and interesting specials. Great staff make it a complete pleasure to eat here.
Great food, service and atmosphere! We will be back!
Service was excellent
Should go here more often, every time I do, I enjoy the experience. Being on Robson, it is off the beaten track for good restaurants, however, it is well worth the diversion.
Impecable service, excellent food, and attention to detail, like always addressing the person with a birthday first. Perfecto!
We had the best time.
Thanks to Shion behind the bar!! Best cocktails in town!
Thanks to Shane for telling us all about Dilettante Pinot Noir which he had the opportunity to create.
The Pinot was so amazing with the mushroom risotto.
We can't wait to go back!!
Went with my wife on a Monday around 6:30. It was fairly quiet in there but was filling up by the time we left.
The service was excellent! The food was delicious. The portions were fair for the price.
All-in-all it was great and will definitely be back!
The service and food were excellent. Knowledgeable and attentive servers and lovely ambience. We’ll be back!
Great! Thank you.
Delicious food and great service. The wood fired steak and tuna were great.
This was my first experience at this restaurant. The food and wine are priced at a high level one would expect for fine dining. While the food was good, our service was poor. Our waiter was difficult to pin down from the start. Getting our drinks sorted was a challenge as he kept running away. I prefer a setting where the server greets the table and tries to make a good impression and connection with the guests from start to finish.
Incredible service and truly made the birthday experience perfect. Thank you and we can’t wait to come again!
Great food, excellent service, nice atmosphere.. all at reasonable prices
Very average...very noisy.... average food... server fine
Excellent food and service but too noisy. It was hard to talk across the wide tables.
Excellent meal and wine. So glad we booked would definitely return. One of the best meals we’ve had in Vancouver.
After many years maintain a wonderful quality. As always excellent
Been coming here for many years, always a delight! Our server Gabriele was outstanding.
Food was delicous and the service was outstanding. The only negative was the overpriced wine list. We would have ordered wine but the bottles appeared to be more than double the retail price.
We are not regulars so the table was not great - in a busy throughfare. It was busy and loud, with a great buzz, but it meant our waiter was busy too. He was good when he appeared but he was split too many ways. However the food was fantastic and is well worth the visit. My wife had ravioli which was delicious and so too was my osso bucco - good, hearty, traditional rib sticking stuff. Recommended.
Expensive but hits it out of the ball park on all levels!!
Fantastic dinner! We shared the charcuterie board which was over flowing and a beet salad. I had the branzino for my main entree. They offered to fillet it for me at the table, what service! It isn't often you get old fashioned table service like that any more. The branzino was $43 but worth the price. Our server was efficient and not overly friendly but not snooty which is fine. The other server (who brought our bread and cleared our plates) was more friendly and the person who filleted my fish was as well. I would return and highly recommend Cincin!
The food was outstanding and our waitress was very polite and prompt. The complimentary bread and olive spread was an amazing touch and I would definitely come back for another special occasion!
Unfortunately, the food and server experience was terrible. We had 2 out of 3 pasta dishes being excessively salty that it burned our tongues. However, the pumpkin and lemon dessert were exceptional (highly recommend). In terms of service, he was passive aggressive and insisted on pushing appetizers and drinks. Despite that, I was nearly 7 months pregnant. Overall- disappointed and husband refuses to return to dine here again.
Another delightful evening! Absolutely delicious food, and exceptional service in a marvelous setting!
Highly recommended for it's outstanding and consistent quality.
Outstanding food and superb service.
Had a great dinner, food was spot on. Our server was genuine and knowledgeable, he definitely made our experience that much more better. Not sure what his name was, but he wore glasses and his birthday was Nov 29! Will be back.
Small portions and pricey for what you get, you will leave there hungry afterwards. Food tasted good, but not worth the price. Ordered the entree size squash ravioli but when my plate arrived, I wondered where the rest of my dinner was. Definitely wasn’t filling as you only got 8 Small ravioli’s. My spouse ordered the veal with risotto, didn’t even come with a few vegetables on the side. For a $100 dinner I expect to be full, not having to go elsewhere to grab something else to fill us up.
Had a great time at Cin Cin for my anniversary, nice touch to get a card from the restaurant as well. The place is very nice, upscale without being pretentious. Service was excellent, food was excellent and the portion sizes were perfect and not huge which I prefer!
Unnecessary music given how load the place was. Food was a disappointment.
As usual cincin did not disappoint. The food was delicious. So many flavours. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Although the wine list is great, this is one of the few places I’ll get a cocktail or scotch as there is a wide selection and quality products.
Lovely atmosphere, great service, but the quality and quantity of the food was not worth the price. Good food but not outstanding and portions much too small for an Italian restaurant, in my opinion.
The food was tasty and Sean our server was exceptional!
When I am in Vancouver at least one dinner is reserved for an evening at CinCin. The food is always outstanding and the service impeccable. What else could you ask for. They set the bar very high and make it look easy.
The meal was amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the choices on the menu. The hostess who seated us could have been more friendly but after that we had a pleasant experience.
Visiting Vancouver for the first time, we wanted somewhere nice to eat, close to our hotel but something a little bit special and Cincin looked good. The food was amazing - as a vegetarian, it’s not often I enjoy every course - but I was blown away. The service could have been friendlier and they missed a trick by taking so long to take our drink order. But all in all it was a lovely meal and I’d be happy to recommend it.
In short they made a dessert that nearly made my wife weep with fond memories of her childhood. They really nailed our anniversary dinner.
Took a business group - some from out of town and we invited our partners to join us. The service was mindful, the food offered some great choices that were both unique and fresh. The restaurant was full but we still felt special and taken care of - I eat out a lot and I was impressed -thank you CinCin!
