    My friend and I met up for a weekend getaway. We don’t usually get to enjoy fine dining. This place was worth every penny. Amazing service. Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

    A fantastic restaurant! You can taste the quality of the fresh ingredients and the true culinary passion of the chef. This was our second visit and we brought along friends because we were so impressed by the great menu and delicious food. This is the perfect place to go for a romantic evening or special occasion.

    We enjoyed AG very much, from the amuse bouché to the dessert. We went with the 3 course pre fix menu and everything was exquisite. The place is tucked away lower level of the Sterling resort hotel. If you’re in Niagara Falls or in the vicinity it’s a must, you won’t be disappointed.

    We had a girls night and birthday celebration. Everything from the food to the atmosphere to the waitstaff was exceptional. It was a perfect evening. The salmon candy appetizer was outstanding and I had a filet that was cooked to perfection. Excellent recommendations were made by our server about which bubbly to get. I was very impressed. The food quality is evident. You wouldn’t think that a touristy town like Niagara would have such lovely dining. Mind blown!!!! Thank you.

    AG Inspired Cuisine is fresh gourmet food. Don't be intimidated by the 3 course meal. We don't normally eat 3 courses, but the portions are appropriate and manageable. Our waitress Fallon was so much fun and knowledgeable about the food, farm sources and really went above and beyond to make us happy. It was also very refreshing to eat somewhere and engage in conversation with your dinner guests and not compete with over bearing music. We would definitely return here again.

    After a not so great experience last year for my birthday, this years birthday dinner was fantastic, the food was outstanding. Everything was great. So happy to have had such a great experience this year, we will be back again next year.

    Amazing food, ambiance, service and live music! Couldn't have been happier. Originally we were going to book dinner at a restaurant that is more of a franchise all over and this was a bit different. Happy we chose to go with this restaurant in stead. My husband and I did the three course meal and it was worth every penny.

    Our review of the establishment. We were so very excited to be dining at AG! We are big time food lovers and enjoy cooking in the kitchen ourselves and we were very eager to try what reads and looks to be delicious. We were not let down at all. Food is Michelin Star level. Rich tasting, high quality foods and ingredients uniquely put together. We enjoyed every last bite. Portions were much bigger than anticipated, which was great. We left feeling very full. Compliments to the chef.. incredible! Our service however was…. ok. It made the overall experience less enjoyable. The young lady who was bringing food out was great, formal and knew what she needed to. Our waitress Fallon though, seemed she really didn’t know much about the food. When asked questions by ourselves, and we noticed others as well, she mostly just brushed them off with a short answer, or made up an answer on the spot. She was also very loud, could often hear her talking or laughing from across the restaurant. At one point the overhead music and performer were going at the same time.. nightmare!! The most upsetting part was when she came to our table saying “he sucks, he’s terrible, he’s not that good” when speaking about the musical guest. We had been very much enjoying him. She was telling us she didn’t think he fit the vibe of the restaurant. We disagreed, he was playing well known songs and slowed them down to fit the mood. She also made a statement about how he had gone to the wrong place before hand and was late showing up to perform. This felt like she was just trying to embarrass him. But, most of all this entire conversation was not one that should have been had to guests! She was telling everyone to use her name in reviews to get shifts - tacky! We really enjoyed our food, which is what we were there for. But, we left a bummed because of our server we didn’t slow down to truly take the food experience in for what it was worth because we wanted to get away from the horrible service.

    Had a date night with my boyfriend; we are both foodies and we very impressed. Fallon our server was amazing and outstanding. She definitely understands the true meaning of hospitality.     In the chain restaurant, honky tonk town that is Niagara Falls, AG Inspired is an oasis of locally-sourced, well crafted cuisine. The staff was friendly, unpretentious but thoroughly professional. Special shout out to Mel who was our hostess, bartender and server who made us feel like old friends, not just “two covers”. Highly recommend.

    We ate from the Bistro menu in the lounge. Food was delicious and helping size was generous. After over spending on bad bar food at Hard Rock Cafe the night before AG was a breath of fresh air. Best value in the area.

    Outstanding. This was the best meal we had in Niagara Falls, hands down. The craft cocktails were delicious. I had the salmon and my husband had the birds and we both were very happy with our choices. It was my husband’s birthday and we got a kick out of the candle on his cheese plate! We usually hate live music but in this case it was accomplished and unobtrusive. Even though the restaurant is on type lover level it is cozy and comfortable.

    Only one word to describe our experience at AG: AMAZING!! The meal was extraordinary. The service impeccable. The noise level: Very quiet. Save this for a special occasion, or a night with someone special, or just if you want a meal to remember.     Very classy and romantic establishment. Lots of great drink options, and preset three course menu in an awesome experience! Amuse-bouche of warm apple cider was a fantastic start, and the hits kept coming from there. Maple hot smoked salmon candy was unique and delicious, as was autumn greens and quinoa salad - goat fondue was the highlight here. Lamb shank and birds entrees were outstanding - perfectly prepared and accompanied, the lamb melted off the bone while the birds were a fun trip and different options. Chocolate hazelnut cheesecake and dark chocolate espresso creme brûlée were the perfect way to conclude the meal, the cheesecake is an absolute must-try. The only thing about our experience that was not completely positive was the service - it seems like maybe they were understaffed, or oversat our waitress. She was definitely hustling around, taking care of at least four to five tables, if not six or seven at times, also helping with hostess duties and mixing drinks at the bar. I appreciated her proficiency at executing all of these tasks, but unfortunately she was stretched too thin, and we were often left wondering when she would finally get back to us. Other than this small service complaint, this restaurant is outstanding and definitely worth a visit if you're in Niagara and want to experience some fine dining.

    The food was amazing, flavors for the appetizers and entree were perfectly blended and paired well with the wine selection. The desserts were sinfully delicious and though I don’t usually save room for that part of the meal I was pleasantly rewarded with my dessert selection. Service and ambience exceeded our expectations. A must do in Niagara.

    This place is a bit overrated in my opinion. The prices are too high for the quality of food we received. But the service , venue itself and the live music were excellent 👌! Our server was amazing, very pleasant and quickly fixed the issue that arised on the way. If not for her, the rating would probably be just 3 stars.

    Inspired cuisine in a less than inspired locale - totally worth it. They offer a 3-course price fix deal that looked delicious for $99/head, but they also offer a 2-course "Bistro" meal during the week at the bar or high-top for $25/head. When you tire of the all-you-can-eat and chain food and are craving fresh ingredients thoughtfully prepared, try AG Inspired.

    Great service, appetizers were good, we had beef carpaccio and the tomato salad. Salade was perhaps the best I have ever had. Entrees were Ok, messed up both orders as far as type of potato that we wanted. Not fatal but disappointed. Steak was Ok. Service was very good. Deserts were good.
