Always an outstanding experience. The food is excellent, I had the lamb chops this time, which were tender and juicy. My husband eats vegan and the server was so easily able to help him choose and modify dishes that still incorporated a ton of flavor. The portions are smaller and the prices are in line, which I love.

We really enjoyed our visit to Rincón 38. The restaurant is small and intimate and even though it was full we had no trouble with noise being too loud. The waiter was attentive and very helpful. The food was plated beautifully and tasted great. We ordered a variety of items and loved them all. We especially liked the scallops and the stuffed piquillo peppers. Don’t forget dessert- we had the flan and it was a perfect end to our meal. Overall, we thought it was a good value. We will definitely return!

The food is amazing. The hardest part of this experience was deciding what to order as there are two full pages, each sounding more delicious than the next, of tapas choices. Very good wine as well. We order one glass of wine each and 4 tapas selections and came home very satisfied. This was more than mid price dinning, but everything is excellently prepared and cooked. We will be back!

Made reservation at Rincon 38, for New Year's Eve & to celebrate my daughter's 26th birthday. Was our first time at this restaurant and it far exceeded our expectations. Arrived early and was offered a seat at the bar, to avoid waiting, yet not in a rush so waited for our reservation time. Offered cocktails while we waited. Ambience and table in corner by window was amazing. Had the best service by our waiter, Fernando. Gave great recommendations, attentive, yet not disruptive. The best service! The food was beyond words, having 9 different tapas. Great flavors, presentation and variety. Loved the Spanish wine and sangria. Tried 2 desserts, the raspberry tort & churros. Both were great. Would highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back again! Thanks to the staff at Rincon 38 for making our New Year's Eve & Birthday celebration the best!

Excellent! This was my husband and I's first visit to this gem of a restaurant and we loved it. We tried four different tapas and each one was beyond our expectation and as a side note? We loved that they were open on Christmas Eve! We will be back! Service was quick and genuine.

Fantastic. This is a magical place where the food and service are spectacular. It's a small, cozy place that reminds me of some of the hidden gems I used to visit in Manhattan. Sergio and Marcello provided our little party with the best of everything.

RinCon 38 never fails to delight. Between the two of us, my dining partner and I had six dishes -- all were delicious with multiple layers of flavor. Unlike at some tapas places, the portions are generous. This is not an inexpensive restaurant, but it is a good value for the dollar. I also had their sangria, which is zesty and refreshing. This continues to be my go-to place when a friend visiting Minneapolis asks for a recommendation.
