It was very loud and I asked for a quieter table not surrounded by other tables, but that didn’t happen. The food was good and Tom our server was very attentive. Not the wonderful birthday experience I was hoping for, but at least it wasn’t terrible.

Mike and I had a wonderful time and felt so honored as we were there for a special occaision. The wait staff was excellent. The Pork Tenerloin and the Salmon were both exquisitely prepared, healthy but not too big quantities and delish. Dessert was the special cheesecake for two and was so yummy. Thanks and of course we love coming to the Roaring Fork!

The waiter was outstanding. Two of us ordered burgers MEDIUM. They were so raw, neither of us could eat it. The hamburger patty is a good quality, thick. The chefs need to understand that because they are thick, they need to be left on the grill longer.

Our server, Ty, was an absolute wonder. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, engaging but not obtrusive. The food- AMAZING. Best burger I’ve ever had, delicious truffle fries, fantastic Brussels and the onion soup? WOW. The blackberry margarita was fresh and so good, with quite a healthy pour. The value for the margarita alone was worth the trip. The restaurant has a real old school steak house vibe- a little dark, feels rich and decadent. I truly feel this restaurant might be underrated! So many places in the downtown area to choose from, but do not overlook this restaurant!

I have eaten here quite a few times. The green chili pork stew is a must. The reddish is awesome as well. I had a steak for the first time. Real good with the brussel sprouts. Highly recommend.

Exceptionally slow service. Drinks left empty for very long time - well over 15 mins at times. Server forgot about drinks at one point because he had been absent for so long. Dinner experience was far longer than it needed to be. Nearby patrons were lamenting the same issue: absentee food server. Food was very good, but such poor service makes the value of the experience poor.

The Congress Ave location was the perfect post game family dinner. Delicious cocktails, established wine list and fabulous dinner choices. Wait service gave us the perfect amount of time between servings to relax and catch up with loved ones!!

Fod was good. The bacon wrapped pork tenderloin was amazing. The beef tenderloin needed more seasoning for sure. I would recommend a sauce with it. The poblano and cheese grits to were awesome.

First time trip to Austin and Roaring Fork did not disappoint! Impeccable service and amazing food! Loved the green chili mac-n- cheese. My filet was perfect. Hubs loved his ribeye and the brussels sprouts. I enjoyed the pecan pie with Amy’s ice cream while he delighted in the crème brûlée. Overall experience was great. We would definitely go again.

Good service and good apps. Was extremely disappointed in Ribeye for two (24 oz), first came out nearly raw (sent back) then when came back was very chewy and not tender at all. Salmon also came out undercooked and had to go back. Won’t return
