   Overall the experience was okay. The food was a bit bland and not flavorful as I would expect it to be. Our very first time here. The waitress we had hardly checked up on us…figured she’s probably busy elsewhere. Overall, it was okay. Not the best and not horrible. We usually go to Bullvino’s in St Paul. Their food is definitely better, like, WAY better.

   Took a couple of out of town guests for a treat and boy! were we mistaken! Worst service ever. Server came to our table once at the beginning and we had to wait so long or speak to another server to order drinks/silverware. She kept making excuses for not coming over soon enough or bringing us what we needed. The food was either bland or overly marinated. The fish was so salty, chicken over cooked and the 1 piece of lamb i took was only fat. With my dietary restrictions, my options were limited so whatever I could eat was not worth the $49. We used to dine here quite frequently but after the last 2 times, not returning.

   My wife and I have dined here quite a few times in the past. I'm hoping last night's experience was a fluke. We had 5:45 reservations so it was still early. The cinnamon bananas at the salad bar were cold. Most of the meat was close to raw. I like my meat cooked to medium rare, but this was not medium rare. It also seemed like certain items were brought to the table much more frequently. For example, the white fish was brought to our table 11 times, but most of the steak selections hovered around 4-5 times. We aren't going to stop eating there, but another meal like last night's might remove it from our list.

   The gauchos were wonderful they served rotisserie style meats and were always prompt, our waitress on the other hand was terrible, extremely slow at bringing our drinks. She came over 20 minutes after ordering to get a reminder on what our drink order was. She brought many other tables their drinks even though they arrived after us. If the tip wasn’t split between everyone, it definitely would have been smaller.

   They started cleaning when people were still eating towards the end of the night and it smelled like strong chlorine. I lost my appetite immediately.

    That food was dry and fatty. Very small selection of meat. Fish tasted microwaved. I have been there about 10 times and 9 times it was awesome. Last night was terrible. We were charged for the salad bar even though we said we didn't want salad bar.

    There was a good assortment of fresh fruits, salads & other vegetables. All were delicious. I would have preferred that at least some of the breads would have been warm. There were also breakfast items, a nice assortment. But I was more interested in the non-breakfast fare of which there was plenty. The table service was good. We were not interrupted by servers but they were very responsive to our requests. The meats were the best part of the meal. We all got more than enough.

    Tremendous experience. We have been there several times and it is always a great experience. Nice surroundings pleasant people and terrific food and lot of it. We love the grilled pineapple and all the meats. The rim drink was refreshing and the coffee is excellent. Fun time for all.

    The woman assigned to service the table had trouble with English and didn't quite understand "iced tea". When she finally understood what we wanted, she explained that they didn't have any. When asked if they had hot tea and ice, she was again stumped and eventually had to go ask. Other than that it was a pretty nice evening.

    The food was good. The service was not. There were employees sitting at the bar on their cell phones, our drinks were filled twice in the two hours we were there, and the overall attitude of the employees seemed like they would rather have been anywhere but at work. It was really unfortunate as this was our first time there and will probably be our last.

    Nice service, food was pretty good, tab was a bit higher than I expected but overall I was glad we tried it. I think there proteins are better than Fogos, the salad bar is smaller but they had some good things in it that made it comparable.

    This was a first visit for both my son & grandson... I couldn't have hoped for more! As always, the food was fabulous. Moreover, the staff at the Maple Grove location provided fun insights for my grandson that really made it an Experience.     I went there to celebrate my birthday and the staff didn’t acknowledge that or make mention of it. Meat servers were good. Our waitress would disappear for long periods of time.

    Great food, friendly staff. Initially it seemed the servers were approaching tables less frequently than I’ve experienced at other similar Brazilian steakhouses, but it was early in the day and not many diners were present. Over time, it picked up, and I felt it was a good pace. It’s obvious they put a lot of thought into their process.

    It was a good experience being my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse. Food was good and they came by pretty consistent with the meat. The only problem I would say is the waitress not refilling our water. We had to wait for a long time to get refill because she would disappear to the back.

    Enjoyed the meal. The meets were all good quality and mostly to our liking. The salad bar has quite a few options which is a nice complement to the neverending carousel if meats that are presented. Recommend to sing up for their email newsletter. They send a bogo meal for your birthday. Makes the proce much more reasonable.

    Every time I came to the restaurant the food and service were outstanding. Yesterday for Easter, however the service and the food was not that great. I have not seen to many gauchos coming with the meat ( maybe because we were sitting in the back room), the selection was not great. The Easter menu included fish and lamb and I have not seen that at all. .. Very poor value for what it was offered

    This was not what we're used to, coming here but it's seems to be getting worse each visit. All of the meat was overcooked and dry. We had to hunt down our server, that was just hanging out at the bar, several times. It was just less than worth it. I went home and had a bowl of cereal.
