My restaurant is a cozy little gem in the heart of Winter Park, where we celebrate the ritual of authentic traditional recipes of Italian cuisine handed down to me by my family.
Each dish is prepared from scratch to order from the best quality ingredients.
Pasta, Gnocchi, Pizza and Bread are prepared in house by hand, as tradition dictates, with flour and water imported from Italy.
The Gelato (of which I greedily preserve the secret of traditional recipes and prepare myself using ONLY natural elements) it is definitely an experience that you will remember

Once again we enjoyed an amazing, authentic Italian meal. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant we were greeted by a very professional and welcoming staff. We brought friends this time so they could see the difference between an average meal and an outstanding authentic Italian dinner. The chef had just made some fresh pasta and combined with their sauce it was perfection. One of our friends enjoyed a specialty pizza and another ordered a custom bruschetta dish with eggplant. We all commented on how much we enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere was very pleasant and warm. We will all definitely be back. Bravo!

We tried Rome’s Flavours for the first time because they claim to be authentic. Unfortunately that is not the case. We ordered the prosciutto and melon and the melon was hard and very crunchy. Not appetizing. The mussels special was ok. There was sand in a few of the mussels. Then we ordered the carbonara and a pizza. They weren’t terrible but not memorable. The dessert - I ordered the Panna Cotta. It was not Panna Cotta. It was just thick whipped cream with berries. Panna cotta means “cooked cream”. It was not. My husband ordered the cannoli. Not great but was gritty. Almost as though the sugar did not dissolve when they mixed the cream. Service was great. But would I go back - no. Would not recommend if you want authentic Italian food. Very disappointing

We picked this restuarant to enjoy a romantic dinner & celebrate my birthday! From start to finish, reserved seating, waiter, wine, food, dessert, everything was top notch! We chose a red Italian wine from Montepulciano and it paired well with all of our food choices. We shared the eggplant bruchetta appetizer which was served atop of their homemade bread. I indulged in their homemade gnocchi (which were amazing) and changed the sauce to their homemade Bolognese which was perfect. My husband choose the Fettuccini Shrimp & Pistachio which was also delish! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, we finished with their homemade Tiramisu. It was scrumptious! We will return again! Thank you for the fantastic dining experience! 💝

We arrived at the time of our reservation but our table wasn’t ready. We waited for 15 minutes and the hostess and a server we’re arguing over the open table that was reserved for us. Then the kitchen was backed up and the server informed us we’d have to wait 15 mins before our order was put in to the kitchen. We’ve had great experiences here before so we are disappointed.

This place got great reviews so we wanted to try it out. Friend birthday an d when seated there eas a birthday card for her— GREAT touch. Serves was top notch. The place is very quaint,love the look. We, however we’re disappointed in the temperature— I understand it is VERY hot out, but it was uncomfortably warm in the place. I know we should have asked if there was a problem, that’s on us, but no mention by the server. The appetizers were excellent. The three entrees were good, just not great. Small pasta proportions for the price. I am thinking we just chose the wrong entrees for our taste. I had the carbonara, my friend the bolognese, she found her’s tasty but small, mine seemed very dry, but taste was good. Other friend had the eggplant pizza, very good and large. Certainly should try for yourself. Just not my favorite Italian restaurant.

Rome's Flavours never disappoints. The in-house-made pasta is a real treat. I don't usually eat pasta, but I make an exception here and I'm never disappointed. A tad costly, but worth it on occasion.

Wonderful meal this evening- our server was amazing- she made recommendations and was so attentive and friendly- making sure we had everything we needed and discussing the menu with us- she really made our evening and I would hope she is commended for her amazing service! The food was divine and the ambience on the patio was lovely- we will definitely return!

Phenomenal food and wonderful service - some of the freshest pasta I've ever had, they really bring the flavours of Rome to Winter Park. I can't recommend an evening in (or something to go) enough!

The pasta dishes were really tasteful. Salad also very good. Portions were for one and the right size. We had Tiramisu for dessert and was really good too. Service was excellent. The restaurant has limited tables, so I would suggest to make reservations in advance.

Had a very nice evening sitting outside. The lamb was cooked perfectly. I also acknowledge the owners are now offering a more reasonable Super Tuscan on the wine list! Thank you for listening to your patrons!! I’d suggest Rome’s Flavours to anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience!

Overall it was a good experience. Unfortunately one of our guests wasn’t able to come so our party of three went down to 2. Once we were already seated, we were asked to move from our reserved table to a smaller one but later allowed to stay at our table. The request to switch tables was the only negative point to our experience. They were not overcrowded and they should not have asked us to relocate. I really do understand that they were making sure to be able to accommodate a larger party if the need arise but once guests are seated they should never be asked to move. Other than that food was nicely prepared and presentation was good. Friendly and attentive staff. I would recommend this restaurant and definitely be back.

My husband and I are in town for a work conference and an old friend recommended this wonderful restaurant. The space is intimate and we suggest making a reservation in advance. The owner was outside hosting and is from Rome. They hand make all their own pasta and bread and pastries. It tastes like you are in Italy! The service was efficient and courteous. If we lived here, we would be back every week!

First time diner here … selected it from a list of 17 restaurants that came up when I searched for restaurants close to the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art. Why Rome’s? Close proximity for sure, and because I love authentic Italian cuisine … but mostly due the enchanting description of Rome’s food and approach appearing in Open Table and written by owner Pino Milagria. I also had the good fortune of meeting Pino in person and what a sweet gentleman (and loved your cherry red framed glasses Pino!). The entire ambiance of this cozy restaurant was just delightful! Likewise the service. And the food! Truly extraordinary! Subtle but complex flavors that danced in my mouth, one essence joined by another and another. I’ve dined at some very fine Italian restaurants and honestly can’t say I’ve tasted better, with my dining experience further enriched by watching the making of fresh pasta from scratch behind the counter adjacent to the kitchen. Magnificent!! I’ll be back soon … and again and again and again!!
