Sat outside on a September afternoon with a glass of wine. The buffalo cauliflower and cold sesame noodle salad with salmon was perfect. I miss the RosenBurger with rosemary dipping sauce. But there is much to choose from.

Ruby's is our most reliable go to in Rye and has been for years. Food is solid, ambiance is fun. A bit loud, but quite enjoyable

Normally Ruby's is a 5* for us, but 3.5 this time. The fondue was different. Not sure if this is due to a new recipe after many years or if it just wasn't made as well. The kids pasta was so overcooked another 30 seconds and it would have dissolved. And the kids chicken fingers less than 1 month ago looked hand made on site and were very good... this time looked like they came out of a box. My French dip was excellent, and my wife's Cobb salad w/ chicken was similarly good. Service was very good. But overall disappointing compared to their usual standard.

An incredibly mediocre experience for our group lunch last week. Highly uneven service, some ordered items missed, unfriendly personalities all around from the hostess to the waitstaff. An old legacy restaurant that should know better and needs to update and improve. I do not recommend

Always enjoy the fresh seafood dishes. Favorite is the seared tuna BLT. The daily specials are very creative and nicely prepared also. Nice selection of wines by the glass. Also a nice variety of fresh oysters.

Had early dinner outside in back. Appetizer and drinks came pretty quickly. We ordered hamburgers and they took a very long time to get. But they were excellent when they did arrive

The food was good on this visit — but the service marred the experience. We had to ask for utensils twice. Our entrees came out 45 minutes after our appetizers were cleared. And, once the entrees arrived we were rushed. Given the prices there are better options.

the food and service was very good. Parking can be challenging at times, so plan ahead. great place for lunch also, the curbside seating is great for people watching. pricing is fair for the area, but not cheap.

We went for Father’s Day dinner and enjoyed our experience. Food was excellent, wait staff was friendly and efficient. We were seated in the upstairs room and enjoyed being the only family in that room for the most part. We also really enjoyed the music playlist that was on! Every song that came on was a great song, it made for a nice ambiance.

Our waitress was horrendous. She appeared in the very beginning to hurriedly take drink orders- no friendly banter, no smiles, no wishing us a happy Father’s Day, just rush rush rush. Appetizers came out quickly but we’re served by a food runner, then additional requests were handled by other runners or bussers. Our waitress never returned, even as the entrees were served and we were missing 4 of them. I got up to find anyone to help as we needed a few things and had to order something else for my son- finally someone found her and she could not have been more obnoxious. My mom asked “excuse me?”, and the waitress literally out her hand in her direction and said, “hold on”, I’m the rudest tone. People at the next table even looked over in surprise. The food was excellent and the runners and bussers were super friendly and helpful. Our waitress needs to work in a different field as hospitality is lost on her. I will go back but will sit at the bar.

Great food, service was very good also. Octopus was amazing, seasoning, and cooked perfect! Swordfish was awesome! I was excited to try the special Creme Brulee Cheesecake, but they missed the mark on that one, Cheesecake was fantastic, but there was nothing Creme Brulee about it.

Ruby's is a place that is good when it comes to food per the reviews. However, we ordered crab cakes and there was one crab cake, and it was frozen in the middle. The waiter did make it right, but it was just ok even when it was cooked properly. The location is outrageously expensive for what it is. Don't go here.
