Rusty Scupper is one of my favorite seafood restaurants in downtown Baltimore. Prices are reasonable and the location is great overlooking the Baltimore Harbor and facing Harbor East. I've been eating at this restaurant a long time even when the previous owners had a sister restaurant in Columbia on the Lake.
The management is very friendly and always greets folks as they are coming into the restaurant!

I simply love this place; whether I’m dining with my 5 year old and a friend or with several adult friends, I have never been disappointed in the food or the service. Our waitress, on this occasion was Rocky; she is definitely a keeper-great personality and she was service savvy. I hope she’s there when I return in the near future.

Originally, my daughter and I went for Baltimore restaurant week, however, when we saw the regular menu, there were items we wanted to try instead!! Rusty Scupper did not disappoint, food was great!! The server, "Rocky" was very helpful and always came to acknowledge any needs we might have, excellent service!! We will not wait so long the next time, the drive from Washington, DC was worth every mile. plus they validate the parking.

This is my third year dining here during the Mants Trade Show. Definitely something to look forward to and have never been disappointed. The Sea Bass and Scallops this year were just out of this world. Looking forward to next year already!

The brunch is always a true display of wonderful varieties for everyone's tastes. Personally I enjoyed the fresh shucked oysters and unlimited bellinis. Plus, there's the game day shuttle or just a quick stroll to M&T stadium.

I truly enjoyed celebrating with my significant other for her birthday there. The food was out of this world delicious, the waitress was great with serving us and ensuring that we were satisfied during our entire visit.

The price(s) for food and drinks were just right and moderate.

Steak was bloody was suppose to be well-done. They gave me mashed potatoes should've been roasted potatoes. they forgot the crab meat on my girlfriends Salmon as well which was really over cooked. So just some plating issues. a little disappointed for the price of the food, i wouldn't think that we'd have THAT many issues. Other than that. service was good. Everyone new we were there for my girlfriend's birthday. that was great. got a nice little dessert. Great place though, i would recommend. steak was great once it was actually dead and cooked, lol.

The service was excellent and very family-friendly. The sea food was delicious. Nice kids menu items. The rusty scrupper amber logger could’ve been a little better. It had a slightly peculiar taste. The view of the bay is outstanding.

We have gone to Rusty Scupper every year for birthday’s and anniversaries and never been disappointed. The wait staff is amazing, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. The food is always outstanding. This is seriously my favorite restaurant. Anyone who loves seafood and hasn’t been needs to go ASAP. They have no idea what they are missing. The views from any table are amazing but if you have the chance request a window seat. You have a stunning view of the entire harbor. We are going for New Years ever next year and I’m already counting down the days. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first time visiting the Rusty Scupper as well as Baltimore's Inner Harbor, and I was taken by a native Marylander who maintained it was an experience close to visiting the holy land. I was not disappointed.

Of course I had crab topped crab with a side of crab and loved every minute of it. It seems every person born and bred in Maryland considers virtually all crab cakes found elsewhere in the nation as a back fin abomination, and after having one here -- which is pretty much mandatory -- I understand why. This is one of the institutions where you come for the real thing. The rest of the menu looked great as well, and the non-ocean entree my partner had was delicious.

And the view of the Inner Harbor was stellar. It seems many restaurants frequently rely on looks alone and skimp a bit on service and quality -- especially in an areas that are relatively touristy. Not so here. Quality was maintained from top to bottom. We'll definitely return when back in the area again.

Food was great but dining not any fun after Humberto, our waiter, dropped my daughter’s dinner plate on her and got ketchup and cream sauce all over her holiday sweater. We had not planned on her spending 10 min in the bathroom cleaning her clothes.

Food was overpriced and very poor quality. My short ribs were dry, my daughter's pasta was cold, and my husband's lobster pot pie only had three pieces of lobster in it.

We had excellent service Dec 29th . We were visiting from Cleveland and looking for a restaurant that was nice but not overly fancy. The live piano music and the waterfront view really made the ambiance first class. The food was outstanding and portioned just right. I enjoyed the lobster mac and the butter cake!
We are glad we found this place. We will return on our next trip to Baltimore !

A variety of regional seafood paired with a scenic backdrop , but slightly over priced for the fair ($45 for two 6oz crab cakes and mediocre sides.)

While the service at Rusty Scupper was outstanding, the food left much to be desired. Two in our party ordered lobster rolls and were very disappointed in the taste. I ordered a crab cake and again found it to be just so-so. Views are great, staff was more than great, food not so much.

I don't know where to begin to describe our experience, but suffice to say the food and service was not worth the price, nor did the dishes we received match the menu. The jumbo lump crab cake was to have included a Three Mustard Sauce, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables for the price of $45. What was served was two small crab cakes (G&M is far, far better), French fries and coleslaw. The Kent Island Crab Stuffed Shrimp, which was Gulf Shrimp, Crab Stuffing, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables for $33 consisted of four small shrimp with a crab stuffing that was more cream and filler with a touch of crab. The mashed potatoes were four little whole potatoes. The Spinach Salad was described as Bartlett Pears, Candied Walnuts, Gorgonzola Cheese, Roasted Onion Vinaigrette and Blueberries for $10. What was received was a large bowl of fresh spinach, four very thin and short julienne slices of pears, candied walnuts, a small amount of Gorgonzola and strawberries (they were out of blueberries). If there was a vinaigrette dressing added, we could not taste it. Presentation of the entrees was poor, the plates were far too big for the actual size of the meal.

I should also mention the bread that is provided after being seated was not given to us until we realized 30 minutes later we were supposed to get some. Once placed on the table with a side of sauce, the server could not tell us what type of sauce it was other than "bread sauce". When we received our appetizers, we realized we had no flatware. Service was slow, the servers, although trying their best, were just not of the quality you would expect from a place like this. I have had 100% better service at casual dining restaurants such as Frisco's and Applebee's. Those waiters know their menus inside and out.
The meal for seven of us equaled $450. It was maybe worth $150, at best. We will not be returning and will definitely not recommend this place in the future.

Wonderful. Christmas Eve dinner. Logan took care of us and was very attentive without hovering. Food came in a timely manner and was hot and delicious. Portions are sized well for the cost. Ask for a window table. Gorgeous views. We’ve eaten here many times over the past 30 years and it’s consistently a fantastic meal.

we made a reservation for 5 base on what was allowed on the internet. Tried to get seating for 2 more and was told that it could not be done. So part of our party had to sit at the bar and walk back and forth to the table where my son was celebrating his 32 birthday. I have done several birthday parties at Rusty Scupper for my sons. I am sitting at the bar and noticed that at know time was all the seats taking. My friend ask the manager why we could not have a couple of extra seats and was told he did not know. I would hope that it was not because of who we were compared to the majority of the customers.

From prior experiences, my expectations were higher. Our waiter forgot parts of the order, the entrees were delivered at different times, and we had to send one dish back due to the presence of allergens in the food that weren't listed as ingredients on the menu. Food overall was still good, but I would've expected more.
