It was great that we were able to request our waiter Andy. He’s been our waitress almost every time we’ve been to the Ann Arbor location. Always great to see our personal friend Kalli when we’re there too. Exceptional food & service.

From the first moment we walked into the restaurant the hospitality was on point. Very quick to greet you and welcome you as well. With it being our first time there it was just an amazing experience. The waiter Steven was so amazing. Steven was ready to help us enjoy our first time there. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Pros: Sweet Potato Casserole is sweet but oh so good! The best side! (they have the recipe on their website, too!) Steak cooked to perfection - medium rare with the pink taking up the middle with a perfect edge around it. Nice crust and cook on the surface. Cons: We got our steak with the garlic butter and this was a bad choice as it completely overpowers any flavor of the steak itself. It was still good but we wanted to taste our steak and this ensured we couldn't. It may well be they used too much. The In-Between: While we thought our server was good - we wish she would've come around a little more often. To her credit she made some excellent drink recommendations and was very personable. She was very good overall - just wish she came by to check on us a little more often. Management did not come around to our table as they had on previous visits. Having managers visit customers is always a nice touch and one of the best ways to get essential feedback on how things are going in the moment and when it matters most. I attribute both of these points to post-pandemic life and the struggles restaurants are facing more than anything else.

Everything had so much flavor! I want to have that Caesar salad dressing for home. The rib eye steaks were perfectly prepared with a wonderful crust. The cowboy cut literally melted in your mouth. We added cheddar cheese to the mashed potatoes, which had the perfect amount of garlic. We brought desert home, and so agree with the staff. The cheesecake has a thick graham cracker crust and delightful filling. They accommodated my no alcohol request and gave us bread pudding with caramel sauce and crème fresh. Such delightful flavors. Can't wait to return.

As always a terrific meal. The filet and sirloin steaks were cooked to perfection and the accompaning wines added to the overall quality of the meal. The waitress was also very helpful and attentive. Ruth Chris is expensive but definitely the best restaurant in Ann Arbor

We ate in the bar area and the service was top notch. We love the setup of this Ruth Chris as the bar area is large and open. We shared the filet, chop salad, and shoestring fries. The plate was keeping everything so hot. Also much better wine selection - Chardonnay was previously very limited. Now La Crema and others.

When spending almost $100 on a meal I generally expect great service and great food. Service was quite poor, waiting at times 10-15 minutes to get refills and pay the bill. The food while flavorful was wildly undercooked. This led to one person eating their meal while waiting (10 more minutes) for the steak to be cooked properly for the other person. This was a very underwhelming experience for what was supposed to be a special night.

We had a wonderful dinner at Ruth's Chris! We were celebrating my husband's birthday and our 40th wedding anniversay. The food and service were outstanding and I would recommend going for your birthday as you get your age in percentage off your main entree and a free dessert.

Andy was our server and he excelled in every aspect of providing us with a fine dining experience. We could not have been more pleased with the outstanding quality of the food, our exceptional server or the overall experience. Andy was well versed in the wine selection and we ordered both a bottle of Pinot and a Cab that he recommended. Both were great choices. At the end of the evening, all four of us agreed that this was a 10/10. A perfect evening! We will see you again soon. Thank you.

For an almost $400.00 bill the food should have been outstanding! A good cut, lean sirloin would have out done the TERRIBLE porter house for two that was full of muscle & chewy that we had. BUT, our server Spence was outstanding!!!

Decent food - the porterhouse was a little difficult to cut, it wasn’t as good of a steak as I have had at other Ruth’s Chris restaurants. A small portion of steamed broccoli seems a tad on the pricey side. Good cocktails lovely wine selection.

Made reservations on line Friday for our anniversary on Saturday. They called Friday evening to confirm. They said it would an open table. We got there a little early and had a drink at the bar, while there they told us that they had a booth for us and for that I thank them. The food there was worth every red cent. Can’t wait to go again.

We were celebrating our anniversary. From the time we got there and were greeted by host until we left after our delicious dinner and dessert, our experience was fantastic! It was made especially great because of our waiter Nathan! He was outgoing, personable and engaging! He was attentive to what we were saying or needed to the point of remembering what anniversary we were celebrating and bringing a dessert with Happy 37th Anniversary written in chocolate!!!! Fantastic experience!!!!!

We were seated upstairs in a lovely area with a few other tables. It was nice and quiet, temperature of the room was perfect. We had Aaron as our server and he was fantastic! Food was wonderful, steak cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the chocolate sin cake for dessert. It is pricey here but well worth it.

From the appetizer to dessert, the food was delicious. The spinach, artichoke and sun dried tomato with goat cheese dip was delicious. The ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. The sides were also very delicious. But the duo chocolate lava came and chocolate mousse: 😍. I would come back for that alone! I will be back for my next birthday, God willing.
