Manager was obnoxious at best. Went outside at 10pm and he proceeded to lock the door behind us when he had a full restaurant still. Waitress Jill was great but seemed a little overwhelmed and bus people were not very attentive. Out of bacon with a huge convention in town???

We are regulars at this location. Last night was an excruciating experience in dining. The restaurant is severely understaffed. It took 15 minutes just to get water. Even longer to finally get to order our drinks. Appetizer came. Still no drinks. Appetizer finished. Still no drink. Drink finally arrived but no entree. We had been there over an hour. Food came at one hour, 15 min mark. Now waiting on wine. Finished entree and waited and waited for dessert and coffee. Total time spent at Ruth's Chris was two hours 5 min. Unacceptable - we were a party of 2! Noise level was atrocious. Our server had so many tables he was constantly running from one to another. Ambiance is a big part of a meal. This was more of an ordeal. You need more staff and more kitchen staff as well. Server remained pleasant and professional under terrible conditions. I believe his name is David. Manager never made rounds to see how things were going. If this is the way of the future, count us out.

The menu was very diversified. However the print fonts were very small and certain sections of the menu were hard to read. The structure of the menu was somewhat disorganized. The taste of the food was very delicious. The Birthday greeting was a nice touch.

The service was flawless. Judy the bartender was amazing. She made a good drink and was so nice. Winston our server also wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was, by far, the best steak dinners we have ever had. We almost missed our after dinner show because we wanted to take our time savoring ever bite. The staff was fantastic, the ambiance was perfect. I don’t think I could say enough good things about our experience.

Great meal! Ruth's classics strip steak special was superb. Sides of cream spinach, potatoes au gratin and crab fried rice (a new side) were all great. Plus French onion soup is back after a LONG absence!

A perfect experience. The service, food and ambience were outstanding as expected, Ruths Chris lives up to its reputation in every regard and that makes the "value" outstanding as well. (Nothing worse than going to a place like this and having a sub-par experience --and at a high price!) Our waiter, David was wonderful...perfectly attentive. I think their steaks are the best of the big steak houses. We had a pre-concert dinner and had no time concerns as everything went perfectly. It also turned out to be easy to get to as it was right as we entered AC from the expressway and on our way to the arena. The nearby valet parking was another bonus that made everything work out so well and I am glad I thought to check beforehand about the parking situation. A very well -managed restaurant. Kudos to the staff and management.

The Porterhouse for two was perfect! I didn’t like the potatoes au gratin as much as the mash potato and creamed spinach. The cheesecake was divine and I will definitely order that every time I dine!

My reservation was for 6pm for a party of five. The entire party arrived on time and we were not seated until 6:30pm. Despite having to wait in the cramped waiting area for 30 minutes everything else went well. Our waitress Kelly and the server David were great at the Atlantic city location.

My family and I had a great dinner and great service from our waitress on Thanksgiving day. We even asked to change our seats at the last minute and was accommodated with no issues. We were very pleased with the service!

Amazing service by Kelly . She was sweet and accommodating. She made our night extra special. We had two kids at our table age of 5 month and 8 years . Entire staff made us feel like home even having two little kids at the table. Diner was delicious, perfect thanksgiving selection . Pumpkin cheesecake with French press coffee was a nice finisher. General manager Rick and his assistant Andre stopped by our table to check on us also . I thought it was extra step this place took to make our experience even better . Five stars cross the board .

The food was delicious and hot. The server was very accommodating. Chose an early seating to avoid the holiday crowd. The music Playlist was festive but too loud for the number of people there at the time.

Out party of 8, arrived a few minutes before our 9PM reservation and had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Meanwhile we waited we went to the bar, we attempted to get a drink, but we were never attended, even after being told they would come down to us. Getting seated, we didn’t feel welcomed, and we were there celebrating our friends 30th birthday. We all ordered, and one of our friends water ended up having a piece of plastic in it. Instead of immediately trying to switch out the cup/water, the waitress just said she’ll get somebody. Someone else in a suit came, just to apologize for the plastic and say they were upgrading her dessert. Another person at the table had to ask the please replace her cup of water. We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately.
