   The food, the service, were all amazing. The exceptional experience began as soon as we walked in the front door and were greeted by the lovely staff at the front desk. So welcoming. No need to talk about the food, the steaks,etc. It is all absolutely the finest. Add the host PETER to the mix and you have one of the finest dining experiences you could hope for.    Turning the lights down drastically at 5 PM was not appreciated by any diners sitting around me. Everybody made comments as it suddenly got dark, and when I spoke to a manager who asked how everything was and mentioned it very dark, he poo poo'd my candid comments. obviously, everything is set on a timer, but this time of year, it does not get dark until eight o'clock... To dim the lights so drastically at 5pm is not appreciated by most guests. Early diners are generally older people, so it is difficult to read a menu. Food and service are very good but experience diminished with the lights.

   Every bite was delicious! We were welcomed graciously for a birthday dinner for my husband, and though it was also a holiday, the server gave us his close attention. The steak was "best ever. Thank you.

   The food we enjoyed was absolutely fantastic! Our server, Sherry, was incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring we had everything we needed. Peter stopped by to confirm that our experience was perfect. Aleks has genuinely promoted a remarkable dining experience! We do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The lighting was quite dim, so one of our guests had to use her iPhone to read the menu (I found it too dark myself). Since it is not dark outside, the window treatments could be opened wider, or the lights could be brightened. Additionally, we have enjoyed indulging in ice cream desserts in the past, but since the switch from Häagen-Dazs to a less desirable brand, that’s impossible for us. We’d love to see that change in the future! Overall, it was a wonderful evening, and we can’t wait to return!

   We were here pre-Covid and had talked about how it was the best Ruths Chris of all the ones we had been to around the country. We had been talking about coming back just for Ruths Chris. We drove from North FL to Miami to see one of our granddaughters and figured Naples was only 2 hours away so we came over and it was just as awesome as the 1st time! Our server was Vlad and he went out of his way to provide the best dining experience ever! As was the case before, you could cut the filet mignon with a fork. In my opinion, it is still the best Ruths Chris ever!
