We have been to various Ruth’s Chris restaurants in various states. We have also been here more than once. We were seated downstairs which changed the experience. Our steaks were not as good as previous times, so we were disappointed. It may have just been an off night. We will try it again. Service was great!

I was always a big fan of Ruth Chris and haven't gone there in quite some time. I returned for my Birthday Dinner and was somewhat disappointing. The Tuna Appetizer was excellent and so wasn't the service. I got a Bone-In Sirloin medium and it came on with more butter than usual on a sizzling plate. The plate was very hot per usual but after the 3rd or 4th bite the Steak went from a little more than medium to medium well. There was also an outer layer of fat which I don't remember every getting before. I also was a big fan of the Sweat Potato Casserole, but it was smaller in size and less tasty than I remember. As in everywhere you go the prices were higher, but for $71, that steak should be cooked to perfection.

This has always been a celebration place for us. We got there early and the hostess was able to seat us. It has always been consistently good food and service, but not last night. Our server did his best but seemed to be stretched thin with too many tables. We sat with empty glasses for most of the night. The food which has always been outstanding was only OK. The doneness of 3 out of 6 steaks was off. 2 slightly over and 1 under. The seasoning on one was heavy. None enough to send back but enough to disappoint. We have never had that happen in previous visits. We ordered hash browns which were listed as a special side. The waiter came back and said the kitchen “ran out” of hash browns. They did comp the replacement potatoes we ordered. I don’t mind paying top dollar for a special meal, but expect excellent service and execution. That did not happen last night.

They miss cooked two of the three steaks, twice. The manager did offer and deliver a credit. The chain is slipping.

Amazing service and amazing food! I am on vacation from Houston, Texas with my wife for Mother’s Day and her birthday so I chose this place and I do not regret it 1 bit. I have never had a steak come out of the plate still sizzling and with that much flavor. Definitely will be back when I am in town again

Staff was very friendly and kind. I have been a customer on several occasions. The ambiance of the Restaurant seemed to go down in quality, did not feel like a top steak house. Bone in filet was not what I expected, for the price. Very gray looking and not much of a crust with the blue cheese, lacked in flavor. Petite filet was cooked to perfection and was greatly enjoyed. Mixed feelings for the overall experience.

As always the food is prepared very nice. The meat is always cooked to the correct temp and served on the hot plate which I like very much. Our server Cloe was very attentive.
