    We went for our anniversary dinner while on vacation. Food and service were superb. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we made reservations for the next evening.

    Such a great meal for our special occasion, this establishment never disappoints with its constant consistency in service,food & beverage. The porterhouse is a show stopper at 40oz of prime usda beef! Easily met to share along with the larger portion of side dish options that match a classic steakhouse palate so come hungry! The key lime pie was remarkable with such a soft texture and perfect sourness of lime. Terry made our celebration memorable by helping us take some photos to mark the occasion of such an unforgettable evening! Thanks Ruth Chris for a great evening, we will be back for more!

    Celebrated my dad’s birthday, and it was made special from the moment we arrived. Our server Scott was fantastic, knowledgeable and made our entire table feel special. Food was amazing and at no point did we feel rushed. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

    The service and view was fantastic. The restaurant is quiet and very posh. I ordered the crab cakes meal and it was a lot of food (I would get the appetizer size next time, which is 2 cakes vs 3 and $14 cheaper). My husband had the rib eye, medium rare, but 20% of it was inedible, tough and chewy, disappointing for $82. The sides, brussel sprouts and asparagus were fantastic. Complentary buns and butter were amazing as well. The side baked potato was ok, but could use some seasoning. It was a convenient place for a date night but I think we could have found better food for less money given all the avaliable places in downtown Calgary. Will give it a miss next time we are in town.

    Our server, Scott, was so delightful. He transformed two tired tourists from okay, it’s close to our hotel and we know the food is good, to a very special evening. And, yes, the food is absolutely delicious. What a terrific meal with an outstanding server.

    Great spur of the moment dinner, had a reservation for 4 and changed to 9 and had no problem. Great service, amazing food. Waiters and staff were quick and polite.

    Everyone from start to finish did an excellent job. From being greeted to leaving the service was great. Food was scrumptious from the salad, side dishes, steak and desert. Suggest sharing with whoever you go with as large portions and you want to enjoy all the courses!!

    Chris Ruth's Slteakhouse in Calgary is a good place to dine especially for special occasions. Our servers, Laura and Anthony took good care of us. Parking is convenient and complimentary.

    We went for our anniversary, and WOW! They had the table all decorated for us, and a personalized card that had most of the workers signatures on it. You really do get what you pay for, all though on the expensive side, the food was delicious and severed in ways that made us feel so special on our day. We have never been somewhere that had this high level of service. It was our first time here, they gave us dessert on the house and made us feel so welcomed considering we have never been somewhere so fancy. 1000% Would recommend if you want a nice evening out!!!
