   Have been to ruths multiple times. This was worst experience yet. Our server was great and the manager tried his best to remedy the situation of a over cooked ribeye however the steak they brought out to replace it tasted like a top sirloin from Costco which was also over cooked. Will not be going back.

   My wife and I celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary with dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House and it was simply amazing. Our hostess (sadly, we did not get her name) and our server, Curtis, made our visit that much more enjoyable. This was our second dining experience here and definitely was not our last. See you again for our next family celebration!

   The exterior of the building completely belies the wonderfully laid out interior of the restaurant. Very intimate dining area with high ceilings and attractive decor. One is made to feel welcome, and important, from the moment you enter and the service was excellent throughout. Was my first time there and will certainly consider going back for any special occasions with family and friends.

   Was our one year anniversary and they made it feel really special and everything was outstanding especially our wait staff!! Don was ontop of everything and always made sure our drinks didnt go empty!

    I’ve been several times however, the last two times I was disappointed with the asparagus. They’re now grilling it and it’s either still on the raw side or it’s charred. I wish they would go back to steaming them as they were absolutely amazing before. There aren’t many vegetables offered so the choices are limited.

    Beautiful atmosphere, great waitress, general manager was a bit stuck up. We ordered the $200 tomahawk steak to share. The steak was good, but we have had better tasting steak for cheaper. Drinks were great, deserts were good but we probably won’t go back. It’s too expensive for what you get. Glad we had the experience though!

    Our first time dining at Ruth's Chris. From the ambience, to the food and service, everything was outstanding! The food was to die for, everything was perfectly cooked.     Went there with my lady and service was amazing!! Our waitress Shar was welcoming, attentive and she made our experience great! To top it off, the manager called to following day to ask how our experience was!! Never had a follow call like that before!! It make it feel you are special and they care about their business to keep up the perfect level of service and quality of food!! We’ll come back again for sure!! Thank you!!

    A $6 charge for 2 glasses of regular water? When paying $70 for just the steak alone, I expect a complimentary glass of water, especially when the water was poured automatically when we sat down.

    Wow. I booked this restaurant on a whim for valentines day, as my husband and I have a bucket list of food items to try and sharing a porterhouse steak together is one of those things on our list. This restaurant exceeded every expectation we had. Every store we shopped at when they asked if we had any plans and we told them where we had reservations at elevated our anticipation. Arrival at the restaurant, we were early but you welcomed us, and made room for us at the bar until our table was ready, your bartending staff were so friendly, professional and entertaining to watch. Thank you for very memorable cocktails we will attempt to recreate to reminisce. We were led to our table down a beautiful staircase to a room that felt comfortably private, we were offered still or sparkling, fresh bread and butter, and then we met our waitress Jill. She is unlike any other wait staff I've encountered before. She's professional, energetic, fun, and passionate. You can tell she really cares about the experience that you are having and she makes a great part of it. We couldn't decide between a vegetable dish and required her expertise and she was right, the asparagus was smashingly brilliant. The main event, the steak we travelled 6 hours for. The porterhouse. We ordered it medium rare and it was absolutely perfect. Upon our first bite, the general manager ( I believe Chris?) witnessed our eyes light up as we tasted our first bite, so unbelievably tender, juicy, and the flavour?! I don't think I will ever have a better steak. Thank you for such a lovely memorable evening, it was such an experience for us.

    A great night out on Valentine’s Day with my beautiful fiancé. From the moment we walked in, coat check to the final bill was 5 star. The ambience and the library setting was intimate along with prompt service from the staff. We will be back again!
