Food for the most part was good. A $75 meal was ordered and the shrimp was undercooked. When brought to the servers attention after waiting 10 minutes for her to come to our table, the only option to fix it was to recook the shrimp (we had finished eating 5 minutes prior.) No discount was offered to rectify the problem, kind of disappointing for such a high end/ pricey restaurant.

Absolutely beautiful setting, clean, quiet atmosphere and the food is delicious. We were a little disappointed in the service. We sat at the table for 15 mins before asking the manager who our server was because we hadn’t been seen but he was amazing and got our drink order in and continued to check in on us. Would definitely recommend for the food and hopefully when we go again it’s better service.

My wife’s filet was grilled to perfection. My rib eye however was not. Requested medium rare came medium. It was our anniversary and we were comped our dessert which made up for the steak.

We got the Prime Time 2 and 3 course and the value for the price was more than we expected. The food and our server Tamara was exceptional. I highly recommend the crab cakes. We will definitely be going again for a special event!

The food was bland, the entire meal was bland with two exceptions the sauce on my steak since I made it Oscar style, and the raspberry sauce that was on the cheese cake. Two beers for 30 bucks over priced.

Absolutely Exceptional Service! For appetizer had crab cake and I've never had a better crab cake, 90% real crab meat, amazing! The lobster bisque soup was delicious. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and was seasoned on point. The cheesecake was impressive, my personal mini cheesecake pie, it was delicious! Thank you!!!

UPDATE - Ruth Chris actually called me and asked how our experience was and I told her and they are sending us a gift card to use on our next visit! “Now that is excellent service! We will definitely be back! To be honest we usually love the food but this time it was subpar at best. No sauce on our ahi tuna appetizer. They brought out a new one and took it off the bill. We had a lovely time. Our Server Don was absolutely wonderful. He timed everything perfectly. We enjoyed ourselves without feeling rush. Would recommend for a wonderful date night.

A wonderful evening with family. I have to mention firstly that our service provided by Morgan was outstanding. Morgan was friendly and professional and made our evening very enjoyable. The food at Ruth’s Chris was excellent. The is the first time eating at a Ruth’s Chris in Canada, past meals were in the USA. I am probably biased but I felt our dinner in Edmonton surpassed the meals south of the border.
