    Booked using OpenTable Ap, it was for an extra special parent birthday, every special request was fulfilled. Personal Server was helpful, diligent, quick to smile and very positive. Even though this was for a special 80th birthday we will definitely return either as a party of 5-10 or as individual couples. Food was excellent. It was also a treat to NOT feel rushed to dine. We were definitely able to socialize around the meal.

    Came here for special occasion. Steak wasn’t awful. Really chewy and tough for a filet. Salad was sub par. We didn’t stay for dessert. Had been here years ago and it was phenomenal. All in all it was rather disappointing especially for the price. I’ve had far better steaks at Cactus Club.

    The service was friendly, the food was good but .. for the price.. i had higher expectations. For example, for the salad, have fresher lettuce, the crispy onion were a nice touch but were oily, the streak was nice but perhaps.. a side of bernaise or even melted butter before serving? It was good but .. not great.. maybe a steak rub 24 could improve the seasoning? The booths were comfortable and the ambience (that i suspected) was intended, was retro charm but .. in need of update, even with the goal of old school steak house charm. Ie change the plating, the white table cloths, etc Overall- nice- but not outstanding.

    The restaurant service and food are amazing. I rated it as a 4 out of a possible 5 due to the parking. Parking is close and plentiful; however, Edmonton's homeless population wander freely through the lot "window shopping." I strongly recommend keeping zero valuables out of sight. Ruth's Chris was very enjoyable. The ambiance and service are outstanding. The ladies in our group enjoyed the ribeye that comes in two 4 oz pieces. Overall, I would recommend it, and definitely on my return list.

    We were celebrating a birthday and the staff made it special as well as provided the best service and food we’ve ever had. We will definitely return! The sides are shareable and a large portion so keep that in mind when ordering. Steak and stuffed chicken were amazing. Salmon was also good but has a spicy kick to it, so great if you like that. All desserts were excellent.

    Ruth’s Chris is usually a great choice for dinner. This time the Edmonton Location was okay, at best. Porterhouse for two had 3 pieces of grissel. Service was average. Tablecloth was left with crumbs after meal- used to scrape off before dessert. Servers usu. engaging & quick to check in & clear away. Expect more from this calibre of restaurant. San Diego (Sept. 2022) delivered 5Star Rating without hesitation.

    The food was, simply put, excellent - which is what you would expect from a restaurant of this calibre. The staff, including servers and front of house, were superb. And it was so nice to be able to enjoy a wonderful meal in gracious ambience, in a room quiet enough to be able to share a meaningful conversation.

    We are never disappointed at Ruth’s Chris. Food is top quality prepared perfectly. Curtis our server was great. There was a little accident where a wine glass was broken near our table. It was handled perfectly. We will be back.

    A wonderful dining experience from the moment we walked through the door. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our server was a perfect 10 out of 10. The restaurant even ensured a little pizzazz at our table for our 25th wedding anniversary. I personally appreciate the manager taking the time to talk to us with her very down to earth nature. The food was an absolute masterpiece of flavors. We enjoyed the ribeye, backed potatoes, brussel sprouts and mushrooms. My wife has several allergies and our server ensured all our food was not going to effect her. I suggest you make room for the creme Brule.

    If you are looking for a special night out where the courses come at intervals that give you time to savour, then look no further. The ahi tuna was divine and steamed broccoli has never been so good. A crème brûlée that is perfectly made with fresh berries that could not have been more fresh. I would HIGHLY recommend a night out here.

    The staff, the meal and the ambiance was wonderful. The 8oz filet steak was overpriced but delicious and we were treated to a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Curtis, our waiter, was amazing. My biggest complaint was paying $17 to park beside the building for a 2 hour dinner. And then Edmonton wonders why people don't go downtown.

    Overall a very pleasant experience. Very much enjoyed the sweet potato pecan casserole. Steak was enjoyable.

    Service was great! The waiter (Don I think his name was) even pretended not to notice me being awkward trying to eat my king crab. 10/10.

    Fantastic food and service. Nice ambiance but would have preferred their lower level for dining. Also, I could hear some noise and see the TV screen in the lounge from where I was seated, that detracted from the experience for me. Overall, if you are looking for a formal dining experience, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is the place to go.
