Our server was Donald and he was fantastic, a consummate professional. Kind and knew when we would want things. Chris the gm came over and made sure we were doing well in his kindly manner. It was beautiful and the steak was to die for... so we're the mashed potatoes. Plus the cheesecake, absolutely fabulous. I'd recommend to anyone that is either a steak or cheesecake snob.

Excellent service and the seafood and most of the food was fantastic. Only part is Ruth's uses US Beef and it just doesn't match up to Alberta (or Canadian for that matter) Beef. It's sad cause if they used Alberta Beef with their style in their Alberta Restaurants then it would be top notch. The steak just didn't just match the rest of the food and place.

Food for the most part was good. A $75 meal was ordered and the shrimp was undercooked. When brought to the servers attention after waiting 10 minutes for her to come to our table, the only option to fix it was to recook the shrimp (we had finished eating 5 minutes prior.) No discount was offered to rectify the problem, kind of disappointing for such a high end/ pricey restaurant.

Absolutely beautiful setting, clean, quiet atmosphere and the food is delicious. We were a little disappointed in the service. We sat at the table for 15 mins before asking the manager who our server was because we hadn’t been seen but he was amazing and got our drink order in and continued to check in on us. Would definitely recommend for the food and hopefully when we go again it’s better service.

My wife’s filet was grilled to perfection. My rib eye however was not. Requested medium rare came medium. It was our anniversary and we were comped our dessert which made up for the steak.

We got the Prime Time 2 and 3 course and the value for the price was more than we expected. The food and our server Tamara was exceptional. I highly recommend the crab cakes. We will definitely be going again for a special event!

The food was bland, the entire meal was bland with two exceptions the sauce on my steak since I made it Oscar style, and the raspberry sauce that was on the cheese cake. Two beers for 30 bucks over priced.

Absolutely Exceptional Service! For appetizer had crab cake and I've never had a better crab cake, 90% real crab meat, amazing! The lobster bisque soup was delicious. The ribeye was cooked perfectly and was seasoned on point. The cheesecake was impressive, my personal mini cheesecake pie, it was delicious! Thank you!!!

Delicious! Good atmosphere. A little pricey, but knew that going in. Only real negative was two other tables being served first despite our being there earlier.

Jill went above and beyond to make our date night special, she was so lovely and sweet, service and food was amazing. Steak was cooked to perfection! Also don't skip the roasted root vegetables, they were bomb. Can't wait to come again ❤️

This was my first time dining here as I usually dine at their Los Angeles and Las Vegas locations. The food was very delicious, and the service provided by Tyler was oustanding! I cannot wait to go back.

Ordered a ribeye medium, came out blue rare. And the shoestring fries were served cold. Server was excellent, food was not.

UPDATE - Ruth Chris actually called me and asked how our experience was and I told her and they are sending us a gift card to use on our next visit! “Now that is excellent service! We will definitely be back! To be honest we usually love the food but this time it was subpar at best. No sauce on our ahi tuna appetizer. They brought out a new one and took it off the bill. No hollandaise sauce on our Neptune side. And then the $80 rib steak was a bad cut. Our other two steaks in our party of three were a bit dry and average tasting. Our bill was over $600 with wine and not worth it.”

This was our second time here the first was a horrible experience service wise. This time was polar opposite, the food was incredible the service was top notch!
