   Although our meal was excellent, there seemed to be a problem checking in. Some customers complained about 15 minutes late with a reservation. We waited 10 and another 10 for a server. The service was fine after that.

   Outstanding love Ruth Chris best filet ever and sweet potato casserole yummy everything was great and Josh who was taking care of use was incredible and so was RJ very attentive making sure everything was great and so nice. Definitey will be back again and again.

    Celebrating our first anniversary. Excellent meal overall although, the Brussels sprouts were mushy. Waiter didn’t understand that an expensive bottle of champagne needed to be served with an ice bucket with ice & water at the side of the table not a bottle just placed on the table. Champagne glasses were not chilled. Also, did not understand that you need to wipe the moisture off the bottle with a napkin before pouring. We ended up having to refill our glasses a few times. We were charged for the Brussels sprouts that we didn’t eat. Continued education required.

    I had looked forward to trying a restaurant from this chain, but I feel like it doesn’t live up to the hype. Service was wonderful and restaurant itself was very nice, the food just wasn’t that great, should be much better for the amount it cost. I had the ribeye cooked medium and it was tough to cut and had a lot of gristle. Our server was very good though.

    Absolute worst Ruth Chris ever salad was warm and out of a bag porterhouse for two was tiny waiter ignored the comment and disappeared , Sad to say best thing with the french fries yes at a steakhouse yes for more than $200

    Food and drinks were amazing! But when you tell your server its your 50th birthday, you should expect more attentive service. There are a lot of resturants to choose from in Vegas, and I chose this one, would have loved better service….

    Staff was excellent and helpful. Knowledgeable of menu and we got a booth that had a great view. Nothing took too long and Ruth Chris has always been a favorite of mine. The other diners did end up with steaks that were overcooked. Not crazy overcooked but not according to order. Everything else went as planned

    My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We had a terrific experience. Servers were excellent and very knowledgeable. Food was fabulous. Steak cooked to perfection. Definitely worth the price.

    Food and service 5 star. Overall 3 star due to value and more importantly their business model suck. There was an up charge to sub fries for mash potatoes on pick 3 menu. Mash potatoes $16.95 French fries 15.95. So a lesser priced item cost me an up charge of $5. Will patronize Capital Grille

    Nourriture excellente et la cuisson parfaite. Les plats sont chaud. Le service est bon mais n’y allez pas pour cette raison. On va au resto pour manger en premier et le service souvent nous fait revenir pour manger. Mais ici, on y va pour la nourriture, point. Merci à notre serveur pour ces conseils dans nos choix.

    I have seen mixed reviews about the food either being great or subpar for the price, but from my experience the food is tremendous. I’m so glad I didn’t let those reviews deter me from going to Ruth’s Chris, otherwise I would have really missed out! I got the filet which, with no exaggeration, was the best filet I have ever had. It melted in my mouth. My SO got the bone-in NY strip which was just as delicious. Au gratin potatoes are a must and are large enough to share. The zucchini fries were a great starter and the drinks were perfect. The service was also top-notch. My SO and I were celebrating our birthdays and our waitress was so kind as to give us a raspberry cheesecake which was so good! I highly recommend this restaurant. You also do not window seating to enjoy yourself.

    Food is always amazing! I ordered two entrees of lamb one stuffed chicken and two sides. It was the most delightful meal. Not pleased that you have to pay $10 extra just to sit by the windows they should be first come first serve or something. I had two waiters I’m not sure which one the tip went to but I guess tip enough for them both. Drinks were watered down 90% ice in the cocktails. The hostess who checked me in was very rude. But now I know to just order my food to go! Food is amazing but overall experience was not pleasant at all.
