The service was wonderful. Our service Kelsey was very attentive, but not hovering. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. The lobster bisque tasted wonderful and the steak was tender. The garlic mashed potatoes were very creamy. The front desk when we checked in were aware it was our anniversary and made us feel welcome. It was an overall great experience.

We had a beautiful outing and dinner, celebrating a birthday and a very nice time, Server Brittany took great care of us. All staff was perfectly attentive with sincere care and perfect accommodating politeness. The side alcove booth was perfect for us sharing the time together. And our food was prepared perfectly. A very nice evening!!

Steaks and service were excellent. The restaurant needs to enforce the dress code - it’s unfortunate that you have to enjoy a nice dinner with patrons that look like they dress for walking theme parks (even during Magical Dining). The restaurant also needs to have their parking lot lighting repaired (too many lights out and it’s dark and potentially unsafe). The bourbon collection should also be more extensive - basic Buffalo Trace should not be your only option - we have requested this in the past. Although the bar is still lacking, the food and service were wonderful as usual.

Our waitress was AMAZING!! The 42 oz porterhouse for 2 was half pound short of advertising. Stuffed mushrooms and sweet potatoes was the best part of the entire meal.

The air conditioning wasn’t working and apparently hadn’t been working for a couple of days. It would have been nice to be notified ahead of time. Very disappointed since it was a special occasion. Also, why do the plates have to be sooooo hot???

Ladies sitting in the next table to us cackled constantly. Very loud and disturbing!! The garlic mashed potatoes have always been one of my favorites--other than the steak , of course. But these seemed like they may be made using boxed instead of fresh potatoes. Service was excellent at our table.

Ruth’s Chris lake Mary is part of magical dining this year. We decided to go with sone friends to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The magical dining menu is a great value and lets us eat at a restaurant that we wouldn’t normally. All the dishes were wonderful. 3 of us ate off the magical dining menu. My friend Jen & I got the 8 oz filet which was cooked to perfection. My husband got the double breast chicken. The other option was salmon & shrimp. We each had the option of lobster bisque or a salad. A side of mashed potatoes or creamed spinach. And a dessert- key lime pie, bread pudding, or berries and cream all for $40. The regular cost of these items a la carte is over $75. So $40 is a great value for what you get. There were also optional add-ons for an additional cost which included lobster, shrimp and other chef pairings. The server was attentive. We went on a Sunday night so the restaurant was not overly busy. Our reservation was for 7 pm. We finished up about 9:30pm so plan on about 2 hours for a 3 course dinner. We had a great time catching up with our friends and eating yummy food. Definitely recommend.

The air conditioner did not work. Had to move to a cooler room. The bottle of wine we ordered was room temperature - it was 80 degrees in restaurant. They said the AC was off and on all week. We would not have booked it if we knew.
